Bio: Soul is Maka's Weapon Partner. He has currently reached the level of Death Scythe in the manga. Soul's personality is laid-back, calm and collected. Soul has shown that he is able to partially transform, turning his arm into the shape of his scythe form's blade. However, this doesn't show to be nearly as effective as when he is in full transformation and being wielded by Maka. Soul has the unique ability to perform Noise Canceling. Using his skills as a pianist, he plays a tune in the "Black Room" of his psyche. This disrupts an opponent's wavelength by sending out signals of the opposite frequency, thus preventing them from attacking. However, this has serious down sides as well. While Soul is playing, he is constantly coming closer to being devoured by the black blood in his body and sinking into permanent insanity. Also, if an opponent's wavelength is too strong, the technique will backfire, damaging Soul instead (However, this can possibly be avoided if Maka performs a Resonance Link with other Meisters).
