~ You Are In Torusa ~
The best military power, and yet the government and army keep gifts and other creatures a secret to the people. The most modernized land, this continent is filled mostly with humans, and other creatures live in secrecy. This is because though their technology is the most advanced, the people are sheltered from 'magic' and anything that is different is evil. Gangs, orphanages, petty crimes are all common. But also, this is the place for the most imagination, and the source of most of the power to Dreamland, because it has the highest human population.

~ Important Places ~The Corner Bar - Bar and Restaurant First FloorSecond FloorSummary: The Corner Bar is owned by Conner; and he, his sister and brother live up on the second floor. Unless you are invited, no one goes up there. On the first floor, however, there are chairs for up to 96 customers, a television for the bar, and Conner is his own bartender. The place is rather successful, and hosts parties from time to time. On the day the bar and restaurant is closed, it's the day where 'the Gang' come to hang out and assess their next plans of attack, if any for that week. The drinking age is not heavily enforced here. He has no reason to be careful; older and with a job or not, Conner is still classified as an orphan. So not many laws care to apply to him or his bar. Its thought to be a really shady hole-in-the-wall and for those who don't know better, thinks it as a terrifying place.

Lizz walked into the bar and went behind the counter to begin setting up for the hours she was to work. Her hair was tied back and curly, and it bounced lightly with her swift pace hands and turns of her body as she set glasses into place and the bottles in their place. She had her way of doing things and things in their place, a system that hadn't failed her yet. Last night had been the hardest for her yet, why she wasn't quite sure but her dreams kept her up the night in determination to tell her something, what was the question.

"Well HEY there Lizz," a deep voice from a muscular man said, wrapping his arm around her. "The boss has you working here again? Quite the slave-driver, isn't he?" The man, of course, was William. Conner's most trusted friend, and the third command of Conner's gag. They were to have a meeting later that day, so Will was surprised Lizz was there. Especially because Conner didn't normally like Lizz being involved with his shady lifestyle. "When're you off duty?" William, despite his huge appearance, was a really nice guy. Possibly nicest to people like Lizz. "I'm just wondering whether or not you ever go home. You're, like, always here."

Lizz felt the familiar arms of William around her and she moved away from them, it wasn't that she hated William, she just was never comfortable in a guys arms anymore. It made her feel weak, something she hated feeling. "Talk to your buddy William, he makes the schedule I only follow it." she said taking things out before wiping down the bar.

Mika skipped off of the ship, wobbling a bit. "It's been so long since I've been at sea~~!" She giggled gleefully, smiling behind her at her "escort". Oh well, it cannot be helped that he had to come. The scent of cooked meat drifted to her nose and she wished she had some mone-, wait, she did have money. Miquel never took the money back from her that the Queen had given her. I'm sure she won't mind...Maybe I'll buy Her Majesty something nice from here~~ She smiled at the thought. She really did like the Queen of North Sovet.

James sighed, smiling as he looked outward to Torusa. "A lot more crowded than North Sovet, but I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Just remember to never mention who or what you are. So far as anyone knows, you're a rich human foreigner." James had some of her luggage in his arms. "So, shall I take you to your new home?" He started off the boat, and paid the dockers to send the rest of the luggage to a certain address. "Remember to stay close please, lady Mika. It's easy to lose yourself in the crowd."
William chuckled. "Reserved as ever I see. I understand. I'm a big, tough gangster. Though don't get things mixed up; Conner is my boss. There's no room in the gang for friends." William departed, and not too long later, Conner came over to the bar and started arranging his alcohol.

Mika smiled and nodded at him, not fully understanding why she couldn't tell others what she was when they so plainly could see her horns...they could, right? She looked around. People weren't looking at her as much as they were at the ship. They're all human but they act like my horns aren't there...Maybe I'm not the only horned one here...? Well, if that was so why do I have to act like a human? She thought, not getting that they simply were unable to see them due to the orb she had. She turned to James as he spoke to her again. "Please, James, just call me Mika~" She said happily, "And let me help, you~!" She grabbed one of the bags he was carying and smiled at him, briefly forgetting about the fact that no one seemed to see the horns that were growing from the sides of her head.

Lizz saw her boss coming and moved out of his way, never good to get in the way of the boss, especially if your boss was a gang boss. She hated him messing with the alcohol arrangement, it was always easier for her the way she had arranged but oh well. "So, is there a meeting today?" she asked setting the glasses up in there place.

Leon slowly walked around the streets, ignoring all the people on them. His hands were in his pockets and his hood was over his head hiding his face slightly. He had heard about alot of bad things going on here, so he went to check them out. He hadn't been ordered to do much for the order recently, so he went on his own, awaiting word from them. They could find him no matter where he went, they could find anyone. Leon scanned across the people no one outstanding yet. He noticed a bar, thinking about heading there. Wonder what's in there? He spoke to himself quietly.

"There is," Conner said, and it was almost grave. He looked to Lizz with an almost sad smile. "Guess you're wondering why you're working, then. Well, I'm not going to beat around the bush, this particular meeting? It involves you."
"A-ah... Th-thank you, miss ah... Mika." He let her take one of the lighter, but more meddlesome ones, then started toward uptown. "You are going to love your new home. His highness made sure you lived in as close a proximity to his brother as possible. So you live in an apartment, just down the street from his cafe."

Lizz almost dropped the glass she was cleaning when she heard those words come out of Conners mouth. She turned to him, "what!?! So no talking to me before hand just spring it on me!?" she said a bit upset at him. Growing silent she took a deep breath and laid her hands on the bar top, before looking back over at him, "Conner, what in hell is going on" she said her eyes searching his.

Leon slowly approached the bar sighing. His hair was hidden in his hood and he looked slightly shady. He knocked on the door once, not sure if it was open. It seemed like a place bad people would hang out. Even though he looked relaxed, in his mind he was thinking through all the possibilities of what could happen, preparing for each.
