~ You Are In Sovet ~
The biggest Glacial landmark in all of Harganoph. It snows all year round, and in very few places it can get warm enough to rain. The rain areas are where few people live, but in the glaciers and the snow forests the majority of population are either human Inuit tribes, hardcore monks and humanoid creatures along with timber wolves, black foxes, Polar and Blue bears, penguins and snow otters. There are other creatures, but this is most of the population. Though it is said this is where the kingdoms of Evil and goodness reside and also where demons come from, nothing has been proven and there is no sign of a castle.

Mika stood on the side of the street, her hands in the pockets of her teal jacket. It was her favorite one, given to her by Her Highness herself. The collar, ends of the sleeves, the insides of the pockets, and bottom of the jacket were adorned with seemingly expensive fur. She shrugged to herself, playing with the fur lining her pockets. She was anxious and nervous because she was sent to buy clothes for Her Highness but even the nobles that roamed the streets were thieves. If she was robbed Her Highness would not be pleased in the slightest and might end up demoting her a couple ranks. It had happened before and it was harder to work back up the second time. It would be a pain to work up for a third time.
She shrugged her shoulders loosely before crossing the path, sauntering into the building that housed one of the many clothing shops in the area. Silently, she browsed the clothes, the feeling of someone watching her creeping up her spine and causing a shiver to run throughout her body and goosebumps to rise up on her fair skin.

"Mika," said a authoritative, but soft voice, "I'm surprised you're coming out here alone again, after what happened before. Did I not say you were to be escorted? You're much too young to be out of the castle walls alone, and with her majesty's fair coat she gave you. You're like a beacon for predators."
This was the voice of one other than the dark prince himself; Miguel. Even as next heir, he did rarely roam the streets, but did so once in a while. The fact he did so for a lesser noble was curious, but he probably had his reasons. Miguel never did anything for anyone, unless it was for his own gain. But he wasn't shy to voice out what he wanted, either.

Mika jumped slightly in surprise, having not expected being spoken to. "S-Sorry, your h-highness." She stuttered, not saying anything about the fact she sort of kinda disobeyed him by not coming out with an escort. She just didn't think that she needed an escort, she was eighteen, not five. She could take care of herself and she generally knew how to protect herself too. Still, she didn't show her agitation in her face though it did show slightly in her body posture.

"That's fine, it doesn't matter." Miguel replied. "In any case, I have something I want you to do for me. You remember my little brother, Jacob. Maybe you've never met him, but he has occasionally come up in conversation with my family. Take this." Miguel gave her a sort of glass orb that could fit at the palm of her hand. "I want you to go to Torusa. And I want you to gain his favor, and spy on him. Have this orb with you at all times. Is that understood?"

"I-Is Her M-Maj-..." She stopped short, pausing before speaking again, "Yes, your highness. When should I leave?" She nodded and examined the orb curiously before tucking it away in the pocket of her jacket. She didn't understand why she was to this "Jacob"'s favor or why she had to spy on him but she liked her job and she liked the life she lived now and she didn't want to lose it by asking questions or disobeying orders. Wonder if he's going to send me with an escort... She dully thought.

Miguel smirked, "Immediately," he replied. "I took the liberty of packing all your things on the ship. You are to say you're a foreign human. James will accompany you on the ship, and escort you all the way to Jacob's current abode. James is human, so be gentle with him." Miguel so gentlemanly offered her his arm to escort her like his princess. "I'll be sure my mother's needs are tended to. Only whatever you do... Don't fail me." He said, the last statement sounding almost like a threat.

"Y-Yes Your Highness." She nodded, gently having his arm as was silently suggested by him. Her small and nimble frame tensed ever so slightly at his last statement. Quickly, she stuttered an answer, "I-I w-won't, Your H-Highness." She didn't look at him as she spoke, but rather she looked down at the ground. Generally, she felt like she wasn't really..."worthy" enough to look at them in the face, but when she did look at them in the face, she tended to look through them rather than at them.

Miguel was used to such timidity. He was a very powerful being; capable of the destruction or the safety of all Harganoph. Still, for such a young lady, he mused, he would wish she wasn't so frightened. They arrived at the boat; truly a grand vessel, and yet small enough to be led by only one man.
The small, timid boy was securing the masts for departure. The ocean would be unforgiving, one would have to wonder if this man leading this boat could even last a night. But James looked confident and chipper. As if this was a grand trip home. "Ah- Y-your majesty. The ship is ready to set sail," he said, at attention, and then bowed, unable to meet the man's eyes.
"Very well, James. You better take good care of this; she is precious cargo. My mother would be VERY upset if she were damaged."
"Ah- y-yes sir, your majesty sir. I won't let you down."

Mika let go of his arm and turned to face him, bowing before walking over to the ship. A smile crept across her face as she gazed upon the vessel. She always had loved to be at sea, to feel the warm and salty air against her clothes, to hear the gulls squawking and to feel the rolling and pitching of the ship. Maybe a "vacation" will be nice~ She thought happily, her previous timidness vanishing.

"It's raining...." Kimi said to herself, since no one else was outside. She wore a simple dark green kimono with lighter green flower-like patterns on it. She was staring up at the cloud-filled sky, soaked from the rain. She wasn't wearing shoes, why would she? Animals don't wear shoes unless they have a master which makes them do so...which would be silly.
Her, soaked, pitch-black hair stuck to her face and her clothes clenched tightly to her body. She didn't notice yet, but she was shivering...and standing right in a puddle. She knew her parents probably have already sent one of the maids to go get her since she wasn't aloud outside, but she didn't care. She closed her eyes and smiled, loving the feeling of rain against her pale face.

A young man with black, ratty hair and black eyes wandered quietly about. He wasn't getting wet, in fact, his body faded to nothing once one got to his knees. He was a spirit, like many spirits lost in North Sovet. He looked out the corer of his eye, and he noticed that he was passing a young girl that was just standing in the rain. "The girl's going to catch cold if she stays in the rain like this," he said to himself, not knowing that the girl could hear him.
