Ability: Seles inherited the Azure Flame from her ancestor, Ashe Vangurren, the hero of the old war in Rikuayazashi. Using the Azure Flame has it's ups and downs, granting Seles great speed, but flares her temper to points it usually wouldn't go.

Background: Seles was born into the Kobayashi family three years after the incident in Rikuayazashi and is the only daughter of Jazz Kobayashi. After the incident, her father, Jazz, sealed away the sword that granted him the Azure Flame, a powerful art known only to his great ancestor Ashe, away deep under the city. To no avail, at the age of five, Seles began to show signs of inheritance to the Flame which is what lead to Jazz enrolling her into the military academy at the age of 15. Now a head student, Seles is the captain of the first squad, which she runs like a well oiled machine.
