Callasta is the grandeur and beautiful city located directly below Cinipolis. It is the center for everything and most attractions would be located here. It has a huge population of several different races, and there are three separate Districts in total that are divided by social class. The majority of the city is composed of building built upon building so that there appears to be no floor. The city has many bronze pipes and steam, along with exposed gears that work certain functions of the city. The floor is where the Poor District is located, and where most of Lucifer's tyranny grabs control of.
There are several steam powered machines, elevators, or airboats that can bring a person from one area to another. A steam tram that hangs from a single monorail rail weaves throughout the city, while another train that runs on suspended rails brings larger populations of people and goods to certain areas. Towards the outskirts, there are several hangars where airships are stored, and they are suspended above the ground with millions of beams and supports. The city overall is grand, however it will soon face the powerful grasp of the Lord of Chaos... Lucifer...
