Okay, I posted this in the crew lounge several weeks ago and I got no answer (there is still no answer). I will therefore post this in the main forum (since the crew lounge seems commpletely deserted). Please check out Shikyo Tsuki's thread with her idea about a contest, by the way. During the last days/week we have seen quite a big loss in activity, only the "usual/known" users posting from time to time. This will eventually lead to a dead guild, something that I suppose that we have all seen happening. My question here is: How can we "revive" the guild? Maybe my inviting more people? Changing the people as crew & vice's (something that I do think necessary seeing as how many of them aren't active at all) What are your ideas?
