Okay here's my suggestions. X3

Beach, or sand habitat
-Sand Castle
-Bucket and Shovel
-Questline to go along with it, if you purchase the habitat. (sort of like buying a quest basically. Could have possible beach-y themed quests where you could win beach themed items. Maybe a swimsuit or a tube?)
-Beach ball
