 The many people marvel at the palace's size, and how it was build to quickly. After the war, many water benders from the Northern Water Tribe came to help rebuild it's sister tribe. With so many water benders at hand, they quickly set to work building the Palace. The Palace is used by the chief and many high rank officers.

Rin walked through the icy halls, listening the the thumping of her boots against the solid ice. Her breath came out in puffs as she entered a massive room. She had yet to find all of the rooms in the palace. She had only recently become Chieftess. It had suddenly become so lonely. Her only pastime was roaming the halls in search of places she had yet to discover. How she longed to go outside, wearing pants, not an uncomfortable dress." Why am I so lonely? I am no different that I was a mere month ago. "She said quietly to herself. Rin stopped for a moment, pondering what she had said. She hadn't spoken in a long time. What was the point if there was no one to talk to? Maybe they feel scared, that I'm different too. Maybe I need to speak the first word. Rin looked out a nearby window and smiled as she saw young children water bending. Warm memories flooded her mind as she remembered her first lesson.Falling in the pool of water was so embarrassing. Rin chuckled to herself.
