I wouldn't be surprised if they did! lol, they've already done a "Bleach; the musical" on stage so why not a live-action movie? x3
... I heard Dragonball the movie sucked (I still haven't watched it myself) but I liked the live-action Death Note - so I'm not sure how I feel about it. :s

It's quite possible though about half of that was from the musical...
It could be alright (like the Death Note live action movie majorly ROCKED)
But i think that there would be to many Special effects (shikai/bankai/hollows/most of the fighting styles that arn't Zanjutsu) for it to look good.
