1. Black Swan 2. Winter's Bone 3. Catfish 4. Inception 5. Scott Pilgrim Vs The World 6. Defendor 7. Shutter Island
Yeah. I plan to watch more 2010 movies as they come out on dvd.

I'd have to say for me the best movies of 2010 are
(from the beginning of the year to the end)
1. The Wolfman 2. Alice in Wonderland 3. How To Train Your Dragon (hoping to win the oscar) 4. Paper Man 5. Winter's Bone 6. Toy Story 3 7. Despicable Me 8. Scott Pilgrim v.s. The World 9. Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole 10. The Social Network 11. The King's Speech 12. Tron: Legacy 13. Black Swan 14. Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader 15. True Grit
I'd be much more comfortable with saying what my favorite films are of this year rather then what I feel is the best, and yes there is a difference. That is, at the moment, maybe in a few days I'll post what I felt was the best.
Favorite 10, in no order, from what I've seen: How to Train Your Dragon Robin Hood Prince of Persia Splice A-Team Jonah Hex Predators Inception Centurion The Town
But I really haven't seen any other movies past October, and even then I've only seen about three of those. The only movies past there I saw was Jackass 3D, and The Warriors Way and those can't make it on my list, they weren't bad but not nearly the best or my favorites.
Thinking about it though, only about three of the ones I listed I could argue aren't the best.

There's still some others I need to see and will update accordingly, but that's roughly the order of my favorites for the year.
In random order: -Black Swan -Inception -The Wolfman -(500) Days of Summer
I enjoyed lots of others but these were the only ones I couldn't keep my eyes off!

I can number them....they were all good. In any order.....
-Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part One -Toy Story 3 -Despicable Me -Inception -Alice in Wonderland -Sorcerer's Apprentice (Don't care what you think. I thought it was awesome) -How to Train Your Dragon -(500) Days of Summer -The Social Network -Prince of Persia -Black Swan -Due Date (Don't care what you think. I thought it was funny; so did my mom)
I thought these were wonderful movies by my standards.
Now that I've seen more 2010 films, here's my top ten list:
1. Inception 2. Scott Pilgrim vs the World 3. Shutter Island 4. The Social Network 5. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 1 6. How to Train Your Dragon 7. Toy Story 3 8. Kick-a** 9. Despicable Me 10. .... and I'm not sure, but was The Book of Eli from 2010? 'Cause if so, then that was pretty good, too.

I can't remember what all was this year... Deathly Hallows Pt 1 Shutter Island Kick a** Black Swan The Wolfman
I felt Inception and Scott Pilgrim were over hyped. Entertaining, but wayyy over hyped.
To Exoth XIII: I think it's because most people haven't heard of it. I could be wrong. I've heard of it before, but never got the chance to watch it. I love the director.
Anyways... I haven't seen a bunch of movies from 2010, so I won't have ten. I'll have some at least.

Those were the only movies I've seen from 2010. I don't go into the movie theater a whole lot anymore.
