1/1/11 - I was not able to get online today but I will be on tomorrow and I will update your levels and anything else that needs to be done.

1/2/11 - The Charm Mastery Stat has been removed. I have yet to make a use for it although i probably could have found a use for it but I thought it over and it would become to technical and would cause problems as people would have different standards for it. If you have any points in the Charm Mastery stat just redistribute them to another stat. Also, any classes that had Charm Mastery as a base trait have been modified and their points in that stat have been changed to another stat.
Another update, the bounty thread has been deleted and moved into the rebel blacklist thread. The rebel black list will now record all Rebel bounties as well as an idea of about how much bounty is average in each rebel title
