What some know that others don’t is that your spiritual energy can be channelled and controlled. Martial artists, monks and sages alike all have learned to use their energy as a form of strength or even a powerful weapon. But some individuals are gifted with a more advanced strength in these energies. Some of the gifted are born with their strength, others have gained them sometime in their life. They have been called by many names: “angels“, “devils“, “Gods“, “demons“ and “super-hero‘s“ but they are truly called “channelers“. No two channelers are alike, depending on how they channel their energies they make different and even impossible things happen.
But although they are capable of the impossible, any channeler who have ever revealed their powers to the public have ended up dead, killed by a government that is afraid of what they are. Fortunately, all channelers have access to a Soul Sanctuary. Only locatable by channelers, these sanctuaries are small hidden settlements scattered all around the world. One of these sanctuaries is the small hidden village of White Wing, where our story begins…
Rules1. Keep everything PG-18. I’m more lenient when it comes to violence and gore, but please do not use profanity constantly. 2. This RP will have a writing standard. I expect full sentences, proper grammar, proper punctuation ect. If you don’t comply to this, then you are not allowed to join. 3. No god-playing, you get 2 warnings and this is your first. Name: Alex Hunter
Sex: Male
Orientation: Straight
Age: 19
Description: 5’ 11”, 133lbs, pale white skin, dark blue and green eyes, black hair, often wears black clothing including a black trench coat.
Bio: Alex came to White Wing after setting flame to his home. Alex received his powers when he was playing in a strange cave at age ten, the next day Alex killed his step father after his step-father had struck his mother in the face during an argument. Alex was taken to the sanctuary by a neighbour the next day. As he slept his mother gave him one final kiss and said goodbye to him.
Alex now lives in a small house in the village on his own. He goes to a school for channelers every day to try and focus and master his powers.
Abilities: Alex can use his spiritual energies to conjure fire. He can spay fire from his palms like a flame-thrower or throw balls of flame. He can create walls and pillars with his fire to protect himself from attack.
Other info: Alex prefers warm and dry places and hates the cold. His favourite song is “you are my sun-shine” - the last song his mother sang to him before he was taken away.

zerofire234 Name: Zephyr Sex: Male Orientation: Straight Age: 18 Description: 5'9", 120lbs, looks like this:  Bio: Zephyer came to White wing when he heard there was another channeler in White Wing. He was on the run from the police because he destroyed a department store and the precinct in quick sucsession. His parents don't know where he is and are looking for him. Abilities: Able to "disrupt" objects. When he disrupts an obect it shatters into small splinters. He can also control and conjure ice. Other info: He is great with computers and recently broke his leg. (I'm sorry, I just don't like this character write up... his disrupting ability feels over-powered if he can cause any object to disintegrate and he has no back story or motives. He just blew up a department store...? And I don't think you got that the Soul Sanctuaries can be found ONLY by channelers and therefore the population of the sanctuaries is made up mostly of channelers and their normal family members. Also, I can tell you didn't read my rules because there was no emoticon in your character profile. Declined)

At the age of 15, he flew into a furious rage at his mother. Unknowingly, he channeled his chakra into a physical form, creating a field which repulsed everything around him, sending it flying away from him. In a fit of agony, Leon ran away, denying himself what had happened. He was on the road for a year, before he found a man with special properties like himself. He took him in as a son for another two years, before the public learned of his abilities when a bunch of older men threatened to kill Leon. They burned his house while they were both still in it. As it was burning, the man gave Leon directions to White Wing, before forcing him out of the house via a secret passage, leaving himself to burn alive. Leon eventually found his way to White Wing, not in the best condition, either. Abilities: Leon can produve a field that repulses things. For example, if a baseball were to be thrown at Leon, he can create a field of his own spirit energy, which will make the ball fly away from Leon in a random direction. Other info: When we start, Leon will be in some sort of bed, recovering from his journey, if that's okay.

Name: Lucy Sex: female Orientation: straight Age: 18  Bio: Lucy has no knowledge of who her true parents are and spent most of her childhood in an orphanage. She was more than happy when a wealthy family adopted her. As Lucy took her first steps into the mansion of which she would live, she remembered feeling a surge of pride unlike no other. She didn't have a care in the world and didn't mind that her new parents weren't very smart.....as long as she was happy, then she cared about no one except for herself. Lucy still remembers that strong surge of pride she had felt on that first perfect day, and the pride was stronger than any emotion she had ever felt before. But what some might not know is all that pride might have triggered somthing inside her....such as igniting her inner spiritual energy. After that, little Lucy's parents went somewhat.....crazy. They made claims that they were seeing things that they knew were not there, as some might phrase it. Or that the mind of their innocent floppy-eared puppy was becoming corrupted and turning him into a vicious predator, by trying to attack them during the night. But their most common claim was that they saw objects floating around without reason. Most people called them phsycopaths and denied them of their sanity. But then again, what most people don't know is that their claims were real. It wasn't long until they started blaming Lucy for these strange events. Her parents even tried to hurt her because of it. That was when they were taken away to the local asylum, and Lucy was left with all their money and mansion, just as she had always planned.~ Abilites: Lucy specializes with tricks of the mind. For example, she can create illusions or make an object float in midair. However, Lucy can't control minds....unless the minds that she controls are the minds of animals. Other Info: She is very good at manipulating and getting what she wants. Lucy can be quite a charmer when she wants to be.
