The S t o r y

♗ ♘ ♕ ♖ ♔Welcome to the beautiful kingdom of Beckonsgale. In resides on a small planet in the far reaches of space, unknown to all other life forms but those on the planet. Beautiful woods and prairies cover the plant's ground and clear blue rivers, streams, and lakes run through the land. In the sky are the planets two suns and two moons. There are many towns in the kingdom of Beckonsgale. Some towns are large then other but they all have an importance to the kingdom, whether it is a simple farming town or the capital city, Riverbend. There is no electricity or any technology. The people get around on foot, horse drawn carriage, or on horse back and they use the sun and candle for light. The kingdom is ruled by the royal family, King Benjamin and Queen Annabelle. At the moment, there is no heir to the thrown since the royal family has no children. In fact, no one in the kingdom of Beckonsgale has children, at least no blood related children. Instead, a few selected families are chosen each year to receive a child from the Beyond, or the outside world. The children are selected by the royal family and their advisers and are then brought to the kingdom. The age of the children vary depending on the age the chosen family desires as do the gender. The children are given to their new family and continue their lives in the kingdom, having no contact with anyone from their past life.
Another thing about the kingdom of Beckonsgale, is that everyone, at all times, wears a mask. The only time the mask is taken off is to sleep but they must be put back on as soon as the lights are turned on. Each mask is slightly different and it is how people recognize who you are and what rank you are. A high ranked person, like the royal family or their advisers, wear very high-class, fancy masks while slave were cheap, dirty masks. The people of the kingdom have been wearing masks for many years now, some believe they were wearing the masks since the kingdom first rose to power. Since there are no rival kingdoms or civilizations, Beckonsgale is a very peaceful and serene kingdom. It has beautiful scenery, wonderful people, and no war or rivals. The royal family is kind and the rules are fair and just.
The time has come once again for new children to come to the kingdom. This year, the royal family has chosen six teens to come to the kingdom, three boys and three girls. One of them, will become a slave on a large farm outside the captial city. The second will become an apprentice to an artist, the third a servant to the royal family, the fourth will become a knight, the fifth an apprentice to a blacksmith, and the last will become the child of the royal family. All the teens will either be living inside or right outside the captial city. Each teen is between the ages 17 and 20, which is rare since the royal family normal chooses younger children to be brought to the kingdom. The teens must learn to adapt to the new rules of the kingdom and learn to live with their new families since there is no going back to what they used to be.♕ ═════════════════════════════════════════════════ ♕ ♕ ═════════════════════════════════════════════════ ♕

She was raised by her father and her two older brothers. She never expected things easy and is a total tomboy. She has worked on the farm her entire life and she is very strong and tough. She longs for adventure and has always dreamed on leaving her family's small farm and going on an adventure. She is a pure fighter and not someone you want to anger. A little rebellious and wild but she has a good heart. The Princess was never into dresses, make up, or anything girly. She was chosen by the royal family to be their daughter, the princess and heir to the thrown of Beckonsgale. The king and queen knew it was time since they are before ready to pass the crown on to someone soon. Some worry she will not be able to adapt due to her history. Though, she may just prove them all wrong.The SlaveTaken by karmastinks18 || Reserved || Open The Slave was born to a rich family in England. She was always well off and was spoiled from a very young age. Whatever she wanted, she got. Her parents never said no to her, which caused her to expect everything to go her way. She is a total flirt and always wants her way. She has never had to work once in her entire life. The royal family chose her to be the slave girl for a large farm right outside the capital city. She will be treated well but the work will be hard and tough. She will be in charge of caring for the livestock, tending to the crops, and keeping the house clean. The Farm hand will have some freedom, but not like others. She must follow the orders of her masters, the owners of the farm, and is only allowed to leave the farm if she receives permission. Unlike her past life, she will have very little and will be forced to work very hard.The ArtistTaken || Reserved || Open The Artist is probably the best suited, out of all the teens, for her new life. She was born and raised in New York City to a middle-class family. She was the only child and was taught how to paint and draw by her father. She is very calm, sensible, and patient. The Artist loves to draw or do anythign with art. It was why the royal family selected her to be the apprentice to a top artist in the capital city. She will live with the old man and he will teach her how to become an artist like himself. The ServantTaken || Reserved || Open The Servant was adopted at birth by a very rich family in America. He was the youngest of four siblings, two brothers and two sisters, but was the prize of his parents. He was loved dearly and spoiled terribly. Like The Slave, he was given everything he desired and was very good at sports. The royal family chose him to be a servant for them, mainly for their new daughter, The Princess. He will be in charge of assisting the family in any way they require, whether it is running errands to cleaning out the family's stables. He will live in the castle with the rest of the servants in a small room. His main job will be to assist The Princess in any way she requires him to. Unlike his past life, he will have to take orders from the royal family without question.The KnightTaken || Reserved || Open The Knight was an orphan. He never knew his parents and was left on the doorstep of an orphanage when he was a baby. He was never adopted and spent most of his life bouncing from foster home to foster home. He is very quite and rarely speaks. He doesn't seem to have a vicious bone in his body and is very nice and kind. He respects authority and takes orders without question. The royal family chose him to become a knight. He will be trained in the ways of battle and how to wield a sword. He will live with his fellow knights in the capital city in a large house. He will be considered very high up in the ranks because knights are right below the royal family and their advisers in the ranking of the kingdom. He will also find a family in his fellow knights, soemthing he has never had in his life.The BlacksmithTaken || Reserved || Open The Blacksmith is probably the second best suited for his new job and life. He was born in a small town and was raised by his aunt and uncle after his parents died in a car crash a few months after his birth. He always helped his aunt and uncle around the house and is very hard-working. He is good with his hands and with building things. The royal family chose him to be the apprentice to the capital city's blacksmith. He will live with the man and be taught the skills required to be a blacksmith. Anna Michelle Jordans was born on September 27th eighteen years ago to Lea and Michael Jordans. They spoiled their daughter rotten and have never said the word "no" to her when she asked for something from them. Anna was pampered as a child ever since day one. She was raised in England and has lived there for all of her life. She was an only child, but she didn't mind. She spent most of her time with her friends. She is very popular and has dated many guys.
Anna has always being demanding of people. She is mean to people below her in the food chain and doesn't really care. She sees as everyone below her on the totem pole as losers.
