Blade walked through the alley's. He needed a job, or to steal something, because he was broke and out of money.
"Stupid government, doesn't help nobody but themselves. No I need to do something, but I'm hungry. I need a job, even a mercenary job."
He walked around till he saw a trash can he looked in it and found a half eaten hot dog.
"Perfect"

Black walked through the dark alley seeing Blade. He stepped pass him handing him fifty dollars and a fresh, hot and juicy cheeseburger. "Your welcome elf." He smiled walking away with his sword on his back.

Blade looked at the food and the money. He stuck the money in his pocket, and stared at the hot meat. He smiled and took a bite.
"Wait come back"
He followed him with the cheeseburger in his hand. He took another bite.
"Is there anything I could do, to repay your generosity?"

Blade looked down at his feet. It was embarrassing, He was the bottom, had nothing.
"Yes I'm homeless, I have always been homeless. But I would love to be allies with a generous person like you."
He looked up and smiled. Then took another bite of the burger.

"Well your homeless days are over. At least I can help you. I had plans to rebel against the government... What about you?" He pulled out his sword from his back and polished it with a piece of cloth.

"really no more homeless, Yes I have dreamed many times of taking out those baffons. "
He then looked at the sword.
"I can help you, I am pretty goood at killing, I can do any job, as long as I wont be homeless. Follow me and I'll take you to my box, I have a bow and 10 arrows I stole years ago, and only use to protect myself here and there. Follow me"

Blade showed his new ally the way. Then they got to the box. It was a decent size box, but the inside was wet from the recent rain. He crawled in and crawled back out with a simple wooden bow.
"Here it is, here name is Betty"
He smiled and snapped it onto his back, it snapped easily to the bag like clothes.
"I'm sorry but I don't believe I have caught your name, mine is Blade."

*Being an officer of the corrupted world government made to eliminate all rebels, Speed had been following and spying on the homeless rebel. After hearing the possible plan to rebel against the government Speed decided to make his move. He steps out of the shadows deep inside the alleyway prepared to confront the demon and elf.*
"Rebellion against the government is forbidden! If you do not stop this plan now i will be forced to act." *Gets into battle ready stance*"Officer "Black" If you truly intend to rebel against the government you will recieve a bounty which would have your position as a government Mastermind stripped. This warning goes for your rebel friend there as well, any acts against the government will lead to a bounty and the government will be forced to hunt you down and capture you." *With an evil look in his eyes.*"Make your decision "Black"..."

Blade looked at the office and stepped up.
"I'm not afriad, I have nothing to lose, come on if you want a fight you have a fight!"
He grabbed his bow and put the arrow in the bow string and was ready to shoot it.
He was also thinking that his new ally was now apart of the government and maybe he would double cross him but that was a later issue.

Black smiled but then looked at Speed. "Officer. Your trying to spy on us, thats not normal. But I won't rebel unless I stay at my position... But only if this elf gets some help. I won't allow someone like this to live on the streets for his whole life." He left his sword on his back, not daring to draw it on an officer.

You have yet to obtain a bounty meaning i have no obligation to capture you, but if you shoot that arrow you will have obtained bounty and will have officially become the first official Rebel."*Stands his ground in his battle ready stance, he keeps his eyes locked on the enemy making sure that if the arrow is shot he will be ready to jump out of the way.*"I suggest you drop the bow I may even invite you to my secret organization within the government, a group of government soldiers who use their titles within the government to their advantage and furiously hunt all rebels leaving important government jobs like peace among the innocent people for other officers no within our organization to worry about."*Speed has not forgotten of Black's presence knowing that together both men will be to much for Speed to capture alone even with his Float Charm abilities.*

"Wise choice "Master"(aka Mastermind) Black. Although i should not have told you about my organization within the government seeing as you seem to get emotionally attached to Rebel scum. Either way there is no proof of our existence and we have yet to do anything against the rules since no Government laws state that abuse of power against Rebels is illegal so my position cannot be striped. And you Blade? I'll offer you a position as an ally of the government although you will still be a Rebel. The government will not hunt you down if you accept but any acts against the government will break the treaty. Make your choice."
