after years of things gone bad in regency city. The citizens blame the supers. So to punish them the government of the city, proclaimed the peace act. The peace act states that there will be no fighting ever in the city, and supers may not use their powers for fighting or any action, not even if there is a burning building and you need to set it out. To inforce the new law, the set new measures where if the law is violated they will disable you powers and capture you, but release you. the second time you stay in prison for 3 days, the 3rd time, they will kill you. Now, have fun.

Neo-blade waited on the roof. He had no knifes on him after the law was passed. Even though he wasn't a super he could still be killed. It was a pain to give up killing but he had to. He had too. He sighed.

Melody sat ,handcuffed,in the back of a police van. Her gaze was fixed on a cut placed her her right arm in order to save some children.
She had used her powers to save them from a falling billboard.
"This is no fair."
Melody glared at the policemen thought the small window in the back of the van.
"I've always used my powers for good! You can't do this to me! I have rights!"
The men simply ignored her and continued to drive towards the police station.

(Yeah, this is a side Rp, for more options and you know more things going on, you can always post in the main RP, just this is just a side story/Rp)
Neo-blade watched as a cop car came by. But it wasn't a regular cop car it was the supers cop car. It had freqeuncies in them to stop powers. He knew they just caught some one. He silently followed the car from the rooftops, waiting to see who was in it.

Once she arrived at the police station,The police men escorted Melody out of the Van.
"I thought Police men were supose to capture bad guys..."
She muttered as she entered the station.

Neo-blade followed till he saw Melody get out of the car. He had heard of her but had never met her.
"Good guys, all ways get the bad deal."
He laughed some.

After an hour had passed,Melody walked out of the police station.
"That is the last time I help anyone!"
She shouted out loud.Her fist pumped in air due to anger.
"...Oh,who am I kidding. helping people is in my blood...And so is destroying things."
She whispered the last part while she placed her hand by he side.

Neo-blade jumped down and l;anded right by melody.
"Hello, great mercenary Neo-blade."
He smiled through his mask.
"why help, people, just say no, its possible, don't worry about it no action."
He laughed.

Reynerio walked around. He knew full well that this area wasn't a good place to be around - he was certain that someone would need help, that he would oblige, and be caught by the damned police. But something was definately going to happen here, he felt it.
"AHHHH!!!" Speak of the devil.
He saw a woman running wildly into an alleyway, followed by some thug. 'She has no idea where she's goibng, does she?' He ran over towards the dark alleyway. "H-HELP, SOMEONE-" Her screams became muffled as Rei walked in. "HEY. The hell are you doing?' The thug threatened him with vulgar language. "Leave her alone." He cut in. "I'm not here to listen to nonsense."
Dark auras were coming from the man. but they weren't of his free will. Rey whispered a soft prayer in Latin and took out his keychain cross. "Out, demon." The man hissed and let go of the poor woman, who sank to the floor. She clutched her purse tightly. Rey murmered something else and suddenly sheathed a small cross shaped blade. "In the name of God, I release you, cursed man!" He threw it at the man and the woman screamed as something terrible came out of the man's chest. Rey watched expressionless as the shade burned. The woman stared the whole time and threatened to faint. The man lay unconcious on the floor. "Are you alright?" He was about to pick her up when the police charged in with guns. "HALT!" Rey rolled his eyes. The woman ran past frantically, but was restrained.
"I thought weapons weren't allowed?" He muttered lazily. "Some enforcers you are." The police searched him and found several more darts and a pouch of powder. He sighed as they took him in. No powers to take away, but this was plenty stupid.
After an hour or so, they let him and the woman out. She was still flustered and seemed like she wanted to ask him something. Rei was in no mood to help her speak, so he walked down the street. A young man and a woman caught his eye. "..What the...?" She had cat ears! He walked over, intrigued. "....LAST TIME I HELP ANYONE!!" He heard her yell. "You were caught as well?" Rey asked.
