1) If certain vice captains are wanting to ban certain users they are not to:
a) ban them without alerting the captain as to why (and it has to be for good reasons too!)
b) the task of banning should be left to the captain only
c) repercussions should be in store if a vice captain if they were seen abusing powers. That includes: stripping them of their position for a period of time, out right stripping of their position, banning

2) If we are to have users demoted to the role of member then please: make certain forums private to be seen only by the captain and vice captains (and possibly crew) that way certain threads are locked away, and certain discussions can take place that are of a more serious nature

3): Please keep a log of certain activities in the staff zone! What this amounts to is this: an on going thread where if a captain or a vice captain has to demote users or ban users there needs to be a thread documenting the changes. I know there's a moderator panel but it's a good idea to keep a thread of changes like this and especially for bans that might need reasons for the ban

I THINK that when changing forum privileges that it's either open to everyone, or to "crew" which includes crew/vices/captain.
