Uzumaki is a film from Japan meaning Spiral or Vortex. It is about a small town that is cursed by uzumaki. First people become obsessed with it and then they start to change into uzumaki in some way.

It was creepy I must say and visually intriguing. It lacked a more thought out plot I thought and ended very suddenly. But everything leading up to the end was very mysterious. The main characters did a great job of drawing in the audience.

6/10 Pretty good.

Looks unique, the town they used in the movie looks so much like some of the towns I visited when i was in Japan. I might have to check this one out.

I must say I am intrigued by the manga. Art from the artist is seen in the movie a few times and the bonus features showed some of the art which looked nice.

Art can only be at least nice if I am going to read a comic book.
