Appearance: Chun has short, messy silver hair and gold eyes. He is very casual about how he dresses and he loves the black goggles he has and wears them always. He wears a white collared shirt with a ribbon like blue tie under a green waistcoat under his brown trench coat. He wears a pair of brown pants patched up in a few places and brown shoes with a metal strip down the center. On his hands he wears a pair of fingerless gloves though of course the black glove on his left hand is never gone and shows through.
If he doesn’t wear that then he’s most likely enshrouded in a black cloak.

Personality: Chun is a very calm individual with a cold disposition. His whole personality seems to be based on cruelty and mockery, and his smiles never seem sincere. What sounds like a compliment is most likely a cruel joke, his smiles are insincere and never reach his eyes, and he openly mocks people simply when he feels the urge to do so. Though he is all this he is also a very lazy person and does what he can to get out of little chores or things that don’t involve his duty. Only rarely do thing peak his interest and when they do it may be very bad news for whoever or whatever he has his sights on.

When he focuses on his duty he is distant and a difficult person to speak to or otherwise interact with. He seems to be detached from everything at times, as though he is thinking. Whenever anyone tells him he is staring into space he pretends not to notice and leaves. He has rare instances of kindness, but they are few and far in between. He is utterly loyal to Lucifer, but he seems to have a hidden agenda of his own.
History: The Lightning Lord was a mighty power once. One of the most feared among the Elders but also a very just person when it came down to it. Something happened however and the Lord (for lack of a better word) changed. He suddenly seemed dull and uninterested in whatever he approached where once he used to observe things with eager curiosity. The warm smiles that were already so rare disappeared altogether. What’s more, he took to wearing a long dark cloak and his home, once letting off flashes of lightning from pure with clouds and clear skies, became a dark and depressing place where the thunder rolled and dark clouds covered the sun.

No one knows what changed him. No one is foolish enough to ask. He is simply there. Watching... waiting... searching...

For something he is missing.

Weapons:

Power of Weapon: Halberd- It’s built to withstand his own power if he projects it into the weapon. Even though it’s made of wood it’s actually very difficult to destroy.
Knife-Edged Blades (seen in Secondary Release Picture)- They emerge only in his secondary release and can channel his power over lightning.

Hair: Somewhat spiky, yet silky smooth blonde hair.

Unusual Features: Has a rather large Yin-Yang symbol printed on his back.

Affiliation: Balanced between either, though sided with Pure.

Appearance: Tall, athletic-slim body, blonde hair, jade-green eyes, Minato has been described to have a very confident appearance. Known most for his confident smile that he always wears, not particularly to show happiness, yet it reinforces his determined and smooth demeanor. His aura glows vibrantly in black and white, and spins around him when his power is in activity. He wears, most often, a black long sleeve shirt, with a black flak-vest jacket layered over it. He wears long black pants and boots at the very bottom. A strap with a few unknown utilities is wrapped around the right pant leg, it is rumored that he carries his throwing daggers in there... On his hands, he wears fingerless black gloves with a metal plate on top to protect him from oncoming danger. Over the entire ensemble, he wears a long white overcoat with short sleeves. There are red flames lining the bottom in a neat trim and a small red chord in the front holds the coat together. He often wears a black headband, though it is unnecessary and it is only seen from time-to-time.




Personality: Very upfront, confident, yet calm and collected. He keeps a natural aura about himself that implies that of a true leader's. Minato is strong and powerful in both attitude, voice, and leadership. He is open to others, willing to listen, and is accepting of all ideas and thoughts from others. He especially cares for his peers and children, and risked his life solely for their protection. His mind is pure and divine, yet he is able to undergo severe moments of Corruption where he resorts to pure power. When he is mad, he remains silent, and even the slightest frown on his face can strike fear in the hearts of those who see it. He believes entirely in fairness and equality.

History: Minato is a questionable being. He is known for his daring feats as an Elder, killing off creatures or evil beings that threatened the overall peace of the Realm of the Red Moon. He is considered one of the most powerful, and can probably match up to Lucifer easily in battle. Not much is known about his past, as far as childhood is concerned. He is also one of the youngest members of the Elders and one of the only ones who had children.

Minato is responsible for making love to three women and each bearing a child. His first child, Quora, bore his trait of blonde hair. He knew not what to do with her, let alone how to be a decent father, and feared greatly for her safety, as Lucifer began to catch interest in the mass extermination of all purity and non-Elders. Without so much as a farewell or goodbye, Minato left Quora and her mother, leaving them only enough so they could live in a peaceful household. His efforts seemed fruitless, as his wife was killed and the whereabouts of his daughter were unknown.

Minato fell in love with another woman, her having given birth to the Second Born Child, Rei, a boy, but he could not raise Rei. At this point, Minato was under severe threat of being murdered and for that reason, had his lover promise she would marry another man before the baby boy was born, and for Rei to never know who his real father (Minato) was. After this time, the threat had subsided and Minato continued off alone.

Minato waited several years after, thinking his daughter to be dead and his son safely with other parents, and soon enough, fell in love with another woman. With this woman, he bore another child, a daughter, who bore traits more like the mother. She was named Tsukino. Seemingly, the mother died, and left him in care for his child. He lived with Tsukino for a short while in Callasta, teaching her how to cope and live with others, being one of the daughters of Balance.

Again, Minato fell in love with his last love, nearly directly after his daughter's birth. Her name was Mara, with beautiful red hair and graceful features. With her, he bore a son, who was named Rainier (Later changed to Rain). Rain had nearly the same features, his jade-green eyes and Mara's red hair. He balanced his life evenly between his daughter and his son, Tsukino and Rain. Shortly after, Lucifer decided to take action before Minato could continue his apparent 'blasphemy'. He ordered for Minato to be killed, along with the agreement of other Elders, and had him executed. Minato left his wife and children with the knowledge and proper financial needs before he died, and told Lucifer nothing of their existence.

Almost a year later, guards were sent to kill Mara and Rain, along with the other children. They failed, and only managed to seemingly kill Mara (or so they think). To this day, Minato has left a part of his soul in each of his children, so they can access his amount of energy and possibly revive him if need be.

To revive him, each child would have to give up their magical abilities and devote it to the reconstruction and resurrection of their father, along with the magical components of a Potion of Life.

Power of Weapon:
Libra- Is the Divine blade of peace. It can be balanced on any surface regardless and is capable of warping balance itself. With the turn of a handle, Minato can use Libra to warp reality to one side or to another. The blade also allows Minato to have varying weights, to balance with anything he is faced up against. His strength and speed also varies to the same exact of that of the opponents, since his blade balances either combatant until they are of equal standing.

Throwing Knives- The three heads cause for more drastic wounds when the knife has made impact with the victim. The knives are capable of disappearing in thin air and reappearing elsewhere. This is due to a special curse they have upon them. Once they have done their damage, they return to Minato.

Red Moon Wind-Sphere- Is not a material weapon itself, however it is conjured by Minato. With the rotation of his hand at a high speed, he can conjure a ball of red energy to form within his hand, spinning at a rather high speed and causing immense damage depending on the size of the Wind-sphere. When it makes impact with the victim, the damage varies.

Minor- A simple force backwards, causing the victim to spin into the air and crash wherever they land.
Mediate- More energy used, same technique, a thrust backwards except it thrusts the victim farther backwards and begins to tear through flesh.
Major- An immense force, the Wind-Sphere in midair transforms into a wind-disc, catching and digging into the victim and forcing them into the air, once in air, the disc explodes and the victim is caught in the center of the explosion. This requires much more energy to conjure.

Element: Yin/Yang Energy

Secondary Release: Minato's left eye turns black and his right eye turns white, his aura raises to an immense speed and pressure and he is surrounded by bright red energy. The red flames from the bottom of his coat peel off and melt into the ground, forming into a circle of red water... Minato sinks into the red circle of water and the water turns into a Yin Yang Symbol on the ground. The symbol spins around before fading away entirely... leaving behind a cloud of smoke. The smoke fades... Minato is now covered in red samurai armor that is durable and much more difficult to break. From this point, his attacks are stronger, his sword's power remains despite the fact that it is now reinforced with his wind-sphere red energy. This form is known to be a finisher, since almost no one has survived through it.

-Minato's favorite animal is the koi
-Minato's Yin/Yang power enable him to concentrate on opposites of elements of other opponents when they are being used.
-Minato is the direct opposite to Lord Lucifer of Chaos
-Minato had married nearly three other women before settling with Mara, Rain's mother.
-Minato is known for ruffling the hair of his children, regardless of their age.
-Minato's aura is red, and it is also his favorite color.
-Minato regards to his children by their real names, rather than nicknames (hence he would call Rain, Rainier)
-Minato is the only other Pure Elder other than Light.
