Appearance: Karin has mid-back, straight orange hair and green eyes. She is always wearing her brown top hat with goggles and constantly carries her cane (see picture). She has the odd habit of wearing many layers of clothing and has on a white collared shirt beneath a dark yellow sweater with a tie. On top of that she wears a blue waistcoat with overall straps that reach out over her green trench coat. She wears a pair of dark brown shorts with dark stockings and a brown belt with pouches. To complete the ensemble she wears a pair of light brown gloves and lace up boots.
Personality: Karin is a very sunny and cheerful young woman with a bit of a spacey personality. Often she can be found staring into the distance and at times she can suddenly cut off in the middle of speaking to someone and simply give them an intense stare without even realizing it. The first opinion of passerby is that she is a ditzy girl with barely any brain to make her function.
They’d be very, very wrong.
Beneath her sunny disposition lies an intense woman with a keen intellect and a natural curiosity. She enjoys learning new things and meeting new people and accepts them just as they are without question. Once she’s become attached to someone she will do anything in her power to protect them. Just as Sparks is fiercely loyal to her, Karin is loyal to Sparks. One wrong move when it comes to the dragon and it’s game over.
History: Once she was nameless and remembered nothing when she first woke up in a cave. Uncertain of why she was all alone, she soon found a dragon egg in the cave with her and held it in her arms. It began to glow,the egg hatched, and Sparks was brought into the world. With no name and no certainty of where to go, Sparks named her Karin and suggested they journey through the world in search of her memories. With that in mind they set off...
Well. Not exactly.
Sparks being a baby dragon and Karin having no knowledge of the world, the two had to adjust and adapt. Thankfully some of the first people that Karin ran into were kind and welcoming. They took her in and taught her what she needed to know about the world and what she needed to learn to survive. When she’d learned enough she bid them farewell and traveled onwards into the world. Along her journeys she encountered many people and learned what she could from all of them, but most of all she loved crafts like being a mechanic. She took mechanic as her main job and somewhere along the way she encountered the (good) dragon riders. They took her in and helped her learn the knowledge she’d needed most: How to be a Dragon Rider.
Weapons:
An unknown gun. Considering how old she is the model hasn’t been seen for some time. It works the same way a sniper might.
Bow staff. At first glance it is simply a walking cane she carries around.
Power of Weapon: Bo staff- There is an unusual enchantment wrapped around it to make it smaller. It releases when she tosses it into the air.
Other Information:
-Though she doesn’t know how old she is due to the effects of the Bond between a dragon and its rider she has been around for at least a century.
-The only item of any significant value that she had when she woke up was
this necklace.- Though she works with the Dragon Riders, she has taken up residence in the city with her own mechanic shop.
-Her odd outfit has earned her several nicknames the most notable ones referencing her top hat (The Mad Hatter, etc.)

Appearance: Sparks is a pure white dragon with deep blue eyes. Despite her huge size she is actually very slender and graceful.
Personality: Sparks is an energetic and cheerful dragon much like her rider. She is very talkative and enjoys speaking and interacting with others and she possesses a keen sense of curiosity. While a very sweet dragon, Sparks is also fiercely loyal and protective of her rider and will not hesitate to attack those who attempt to harm her. When in battle she is serious, focused and shows a keen sense of intellect a stark contrast to her usual demeanor.
History: Sparks new nothing before her birth except that she was waiting for someone. She knows that she traveled many places because she felt it inside her egg, but she never saw those places. When “the one” came she could feel it and she wanted to hatch, but it was only till “the one” touched her egg that she was born at last. She discovered “the one” was nameless and gave her the title of Karin for the Purity of knowing nothing of the world or its corruption. She swore to protect Karin and traveled with her as she was always destined to.
Powers/Abilities:
-Destruction magic
-She can use her lightning to light up her wings or body thus blinding her opponents or serving as a portable torch.
-Breathing out a blast of blue lightning in place of the traditional misconception of all dragons being fire-breathers.

-Sparks has earned herself a few of her own nicknames (i.e. Motor Mouth, etc. )
-When she was little she often poked her nose into small spaces. Despite the fact that she’s older and much larger she still does it sometimes leading to some comical situations.
-There is an enormous warehouse to Karin’s shop which is where Sparks stays while they’re in town.
-She possesses an enchanted object of her own.
A necklace that allows her to shrink in size temporarily so she can be snuck in and out of the city with Karin.
