http://www.megaupload.com - This site is a good choice for video files and full-disc downloads since they are quite large and it's depressing to upload something that big and have it expire in a few weeks. Megaupload will host your file indefinitely if it keeps being downloaded. The file will only be deleted after 30 days of no downloads. (Some people find this site a tad more confusing than yousendit.com)
