Cathrine walked around the lake and sat down on a lonely bench. She watched some people fish in the lake on boats and small docks. She took out a water bottle and started drinking out of it. A bright yellow bird darted from a tree and landed on a small sailboat. The bird focused on Cathrine, and Cathirine decided to walk around a bit more.
She leaned on a tree and closed her eyes, listening to the people talk and laugh. She opened her eyes and smiled at a young boy that was at her feet, he looked about 11 years younger than she was. (Cathirne is SEVENTEEN)
"Can you help me?" The boy tugged on Cathirne's shirt.
"Um... sure, what do you need help with?" Cathirne looked around for anyone who might have been a parent to the boy.
"I got hurt really bad..." The boy looked down, almost ashamed.
"Where?" Cathinre expected a small cut on his finger or something like that.
"Here," the boy pointed to his arm. Cathrine gently took off his coat and the boy's arm was cacked with blood, and his sholder had two puncture marks in it. Cathine looked at the boy's eyes- a dark red...
"Who did this?" Cathrine tried to sound as calm as she could.
"Him," the boy pointed to a tall, muscular looking man wearing a light coat and torn jeans. Cathrine walked over to him and got his attention.
"Pardon me," the man looked at Cathrine, starting at her feet , going up slowly.
"Yes, pardon you." Cathrine looked at the man full of anger.
"Do I... know you?" He looked at her eyes and blinked a few times. The yellow bird landed on his sholder. The man didn't move. Cathine started yelling at him about the boy. The man lashed out and started to fight her.

Alice comes running.
Alice jumps infront of Cathrine.
"Alice where were you?"Cathrine asks.
"In the headmaster's dorm passed out from all of the blood I lost".
"Alice",The man whith the bird on his shoulder says.
"Derek",Alice says.
"Hi Alice",The little boy with the bleeding arm.
"Jake",Alice says.
She looks at Derek and Jake.
"Alice you know them?"Cathrine asks.
"Yeah Derek work with my father and Jake is Derek's little brother",Alice says,"My dad wanted me to marry Derek but I said I don't want to marry him".
Unknown is just standing there glareing at Derek.

Moonlilly walks around the corner silently. She sits on a bench, concentrating on the weather. She looks at the lake. I had some algae, but other than that it seemed clean. She took off her shoes and rolled up her pant legs, soaking the water with her feet.

"But why did you bite him?" Cathrine asked Derek. She looked at Jake, who was looking at his arm, full of curiosity.
"I had to keep him safe," Derek looked at Jake, his eyes a bright green.
"How was that keeping him safe?" Cathrine looked at the man full of hate.
"It might have protected him from getting killed, someone might be after him." Alice brought up a point, trying to avoid any fights athat might break out between Cathrine and Derek.
"Yes, it was a young girl you might know as Rose," Derek lifted his eyebrows slightly and looked down at Cathrine and Alice, who were about a half foot shorter than him.
"No!" Jake ran into Derek's leg, hugging it.
"What?" Derek looked at Jake, Alice and Cathrine did the same.
"Don't say her name. It scares me." Jake held onto Derek's leg tighter, making sure that he couldn't be pulled off.
"It's okay," Cathrine knelt down to match the size of Jake. "She wouldn't be able to get you without a goood fight from us." Cathrine smiled, hoping that Jake would do the same. He didn't. Cathrine looked over at Alice, hoping she had a better way of dealing with Jake.

Fire comes come flying out of no where.
Unknown pulls Alice out of the way and Mason grabs Cathrine.
But,the fire ball got Alice.
It opens her wounds.
"Ugh",Alice says,"Demon come out where ever you are".
"Ahhh Alice",Demon says stepping out from the shadows.
Alice puts her hands together.
Demon puts them out.
Demon snaps his fingers and water gets all over Alice.
Alice(Pissed off at the world) puts her hands together putting Demon in flames.
"HOW DO YOU LIKE MY FLAMES NOW YOU @$$HOLE",Alice says yelling at Demon.

Moonlilly looks over at the scene. She was never a fan of fire, neither demons. But she didn't like the vampire coven either. It wasn't any of her business what would happen, and she didn't really care. She stepped out of the water, put her shoes on and sat on the bench to enjoy the show. She smiles over at them friendlily, but it falters, seeing the serious moment.

Cathrine strugles to get out of Mason's grip and finally does. She runs over to Alice, who was still putting Demon on fire. "Alice!" Cathrine watched Demon, who didn't seem to be affected by the fire. Cathrine looked over at Moonlilly, who was still observing the whole scene. She grits her teeth and turns back to Demon, who was gone with a simple spell. "Where'd he go?" Cathrine kept turning around, to be sure that he wouldn't attack from anyone's back. "I don't care as long as that b@st@rd is gone," Alice looked over at where he was and also glared at Moonlilly, who was still looking at the scene, like it was a movie of some sort. "You know, we could really use two extra hands." Cathrine took a few staps toward her.

Moonlilly winced at Alice's sudden coldness. She looked down and walked away. Her feelings were hurt, and she was sensitive. It started raining because she was upset and angry. They had just met her. How can people hate her so much without even knowing her? She was so angry she had to take care of life on this stupid planet. She knew they were vampire clan, which even made her more angry because she was only half a vampire, so she was never excepted there. I guess I'm a freak... She thought. "Sorry.." she whispered softly. She flew off in her dragon form.

Cathrine watched as Moonlilly flew off. She looked back at Alice, who was kneeling on the ground. Cathrine closed her eyes and walked over to the lake. She scooped some of it up with her hands. She walked back over to Alice. Cathrine whispered a long spell and the water turned to a dark green. Cathrine poured the water over Alice's wounds and the water turned to a mist over Alice. Her wounds slowly closed back up.
"Phew, now I don't need a doctor," Alice rolled her eyes at the thought of a doctor.

Alice looks up at the sky.
"If Demon comes back I am going to kick him in the face for backing out of a fight".

"It prooves he's scared," Cathrine looked over at Alice. If Demon was scared, the first thing they wanted to do was figure out why.
Moonlilly curiously observed the two.
"You're in the academy, right?" Cathrine made a gesture toward her.

"He must have reason for comming and going so suddenly." Cathrine spun around on her heels to face where Demon last was. "How is that important? Don't we just want him gone?" Unknown looked up into the sky. "No." Alice came foward. "We also want revenge." Her face showed no expression. It was blank. "All for revenge!" Mason lifted his fist in the air. Cathrine shook her head hopelessly. "Revenge will feed him, make him more powerfull. He wants revenge. He wants to deeper engrave pain into us. He wants us to suffer." She tok a slow breath. "Why?" Alice looked at Cathrine. Her facial expression was now sorry, sorry yet so angry. "I don't know." Cathrine sat down on the ground, her flowing black dress laid down like a child's blanket around her, hiding her legs and feet. "But what I do know is that you can't fall if you are already on the ground." She looked at the others, inviting them to sit down, too. Mason and Alice did. "See, we can't fall. And we won't." Cathrine looked at Unknown, who was still standing. "Unknown," Alice tugged on the bottom of his jacket. "Do you want to fall?" She smiled. "We're not on the ground quite yet. We could have it much worse, when everything and everyone is gone then I will be on the ground. I will then stop fighting. I will then rest." He looked down at the three on the ground. Mason stood up. ""We're not down yet." He joined Unknown. "We are not giving up," Cathrine closed her eyes, wanting for once for there to be other than hatered. "Then why are you down there?" Mason held out his hand for Cathrine to grab and be lifted by.  "He won't make us fall anymore. He can do whatever he wants. He can hurt us on the outside, but on the inside, I am solid. He on't do anything to me. I can not be broken. I am on the ground, remember? I can't fall." Cathrine smiled, letting that sink in.
