I'm about to start chinese in school, but I used to take spanish. Here's to another language!

I'm currently taking French! The first semester of school was French I, and that was my foreign language "year." I was supposed to take PE next semester, but I switched to French II.

Lucky! I want to take Russian!
I took two years of Spanish which sucked because the teacher didnt even know that I had dyslexia and I thought she did.... our school only offers Spanish. The computer languages we can take are Latin, Italian, and French, but thats it...... sad

Mi escuela tiene dos clases de idiomas, español y alemán. ¡Estoy en la clase de español!
My school has two language classes, Spanish and German. I am in Spanish class!

I took Spanish for the past two years, and I decided to give it up due to lack of interest, so I'll be taking German 1 this upcoming semester. I wish my school offered Japanese though.

I took French for two years in high school. That's about it. I didn't really learn much through it; I learned way more on my own in two weeks than I did in the entire span of two years taking it in school. >>

Loooong story:
In my first school, we took english classes (I'm from Brazil so my native language is portuguese). In 7th grade I went to a bilingual school [english-portuguese], and since english was already taught along with portuguese subjects, I took German classes. They were optional, so only 3 girls took it with me.
Now I'm going to another school, and I'll take english classes as in my first school. We take a special test to see in what level of english we are. I am in the most advanced class. cool I don't want to lose the German I learned, so I joined this guild, and hopefully, I'll learn more languages as well and become a sucessfull polyglot!

I'm a senior in high school in my first years of French and Russian, and my third year of Latin. (I pretty much dropped math and science this year in favor of adding two more languages.) They're pretty great.

I'm almost done with junior year, but I'm taking Spanish IV AP and Chinese II. I wanted to take Arabic I this year, but I didn't want to drop my elective and we aren't allowed to take eight classes. Next year I'll be taking Spanish V Lit and Chinese III, and maybe do a selfstudy with the Arabic teacher as well as hopefully find a Navajo tutor.
But my school offers Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi and Russian. The last five cycle through the years, so my grade got Russian, the grade below me Hindi, etc. And then we also have Latin, but not so many people take that.

my school doesn't offer much, mostly everything i learned is self-taught. I do take german, though.
