The red-haired twins laid back on the bleachers, staring up at the sky, "Looks like it's going to rain later," one said as he placed his hands behind his head, "We're going to have to think of a better place to skip classes."
"Might as well go then," the other snorted, "We're going to be bored no matter what, nothing's happened since that field trip Chain and them went on."
Both sighed, they had missed all the excitement back then, the teacher had forbade them from going on field trips since the ugly Egyptian artifacts incident back in first grade (really, if no one wanted them touching the mummy and his things, then why even display him?), but their cousin wouldn't stop talking about it in the dorms.
"We could form a club," one said suddenly as he danced a flame around his fingers, "Solve some mysteries and stuff. Could be interesting."
The other sat up and leaned on his elbows as he stared at his brother, "Where the hell did you get an idea like that?"
"Hoshi," he shrugged, "I think she feels real bad about what happened to Chain. And considering all of the other people in this town, there's a good bet that she's not the only one with problems."
The other grinned, "And the teachers that have been getting onto us to join a club can't say anything." his face fell, "But we need more members. And an adviser."
Both thought for a long moment before one of them stood, placing his hands on his head, "Come on, worse we can do is ask around. We'll go nab our cousins and Hoshi for members, and maybe some others. As for adviser, let's try people that aren't going to be messed with too much."
The other nodded and followed his brother down from the bleachers as they ran inside, "Hey, we should think of a name or something for the club. Something that doesn't suck."
His twin chuckled and both walked into the school, heading towards their next class.
Your eyes can be so cruel.
