A tall sign, that has paw prints on it, outside says Kittys Corner. It has bulbs surrounding it and they would flicker occasionally in a pattern.

Inside through the double doors was the large lobby that, to the left, had a breakfast hall that had many tables and chairs and there was a door that led to the kitchen that says "Staff Only" on it. There were windows on the walls so the people could see outside as well.

But too the right of the lobby was the normal resting and waiting area. There were four black leather couches that had nightstands and tables around them that had magazines and newspapers on them and some books.

A neko girl with brown hair and blue eyes wearing jeans and a orange tee-shirt came from behind the wooden counter, "Hey, what's up? My names Sarah. Welcome to my hotel," she smiles, "This hotel has rooms that can hold up to at least four people. Each room has a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and of course a bedroom. There are certain rooms that either have queen beds or bunk beds or both. Price depends on what you want. We have a souvenir shop, a breakfast hall, and much more."

She walks back behind the counter and leans and crosses her arms and rests them on the counter, "So," she smiled again, "How may I be of service to you?"

She looked down at the little girl and smiled, "Oh course we are, dear, what are you're specialties? Do you want to help the chef, clean the bedrooms, work the gardens?"

Sarah smiled, "Alright, dear, do you want me to take you to your new co-worker than?"

Sarah offered her hand to the little girl and when the little girl took Sarahs hand Sarah took her through the lobby and out back to the big gardens. It looked so big. It was a big area with grass but there were a lot of trees and bushes. Down the path there was a cross road and a sign at it and it said that the lake was too the left and the other path was a traveling path.

Sarah looked down at the girl as she took her down the path alittle and sat her down at one of the white marble benches, "Of course you won't have to take care all of this since you are so little. I have other garden workers but I have another little boy that will work with you, his name is Riley."

"Hey, mom," a boys voice said.

A boy that looked around ten or eleven walked up and he smiled when he saw the little girl, "Hi." The boy had black hair and he was wearing a long brown sleeved shirt and jeans, also in converse. His black-gray neko ears were sticking out of his shaggy hair and his blue eyes were sparkling.



The little girl looked at Sarah, "You're a mom?! You look so young!!"

Sarah jumped in surprise, "No, no, dear," she laughed, "That's one of my many nicknames. That's what many children call me anyway. Besides, poor Riley here is an orphan.. He stays with me whenever he can. I hope you two make good friends."

Riley smiled.

Riley smiled and squeezed the little girls hand a little in excitement and ran forward with her down the path and toward the lake path. The little girl hadn't noticed but the sun had set and she heard Sarah yell from behind them, "Be careful, kids! Come back into the lobby in thirty minutes!"

Riley yelled back, "Okay, Mom!"

He took the little girl to the lake and sat the girl down on a bench next to the lake and walked away for a minute and came back with a lantern and sat next to you, "Are you working here now?"

The little girl smiled and nodded.

Riley raised his eyebrows and lifted his lantern above his lap, "Hey look, birds."

Some geese were swimming in the pond and there were some goslings behind the mother goose. Riley smiled for a minute then sighed, "Well, at least mom let you work here so I won't be alone out here anymore. She comes out here when she gets to but that makes her get behind in work..."

The little girl smiled, "Well, I'm your friend now, so you don't have to be alone anymore."

Riley looked out at the lake, "No other person has ever said that to me before. People are mean to me."

Riley rested his head on the little girls shoulder, "My other mom and dad were killed. I escaped but they were mugged, " He holds the girls hands, "It's ok."

Riley kisses the little girls cheek.

Riley starts to laugh, "You're blushing."
