What are your favorite horror games?

Personally my favorite is the Penumbra.

Hmm, most likely Siren and Fatal Frame,
Great games that are annoyingly too hard for me to find, only remember renting them from Blockbuster many years ago.
There's not to many horror games I find that good, because they focus too much on action rather than the horror in their games.

I don't exactly try to find others so I don't know of too many horror games.
(Well one's I'd horror and not one of those alien or zombie games.)
