INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Battle Of The Fine Arts thread! This thread was designed for people to show off their artistic talents to the guild for GOLD and PRIZES! I ran into some money and I am dying to share it with everyone! I will edit the thread posts later cause my scanner is broken at this time, so I can't make and photoshop the drawings for display on the thread posts! So that will be fixed soon! Anyways, read the rules, requirements, prizes, and etc.
I am tallying up the score now and I will send trades to the winners! I am swamped with work and I don't have time for these shenanigans!I locked the thread for no further entrees or replies! I am done with this and I am never doing this sort of thing AGAIN! Bloody hell it's just pixels! I just want to be left alone in peace right now! I am sorry for acting this way, but I wash my hands of this!

RULES -Follow the T.O.S
-Do not curse a lot
-Do not make fun of or demean other contestants work! (You do that and I will ban you from this thread!)
-Do not post inappropriate pictures, short stories, poems, etc, for entrees! (You do that and I will delete your post and you will be warned! Repeated offense will resort in ban from this thread!)
-No complaining if your form of art did not win!
-DO NOT QUOTE ANYTHING FROM THE FIRST PAGE!
-This is a literate and grammatical contest! That means, no text talk, no half finished words or sentences! I will go English teacher on you if I see any of that here!
-Please, do not quote someones picture! When you want to compliment someones work, you can quote them, but just not with the picture, poem, or story in it.
-Please keep your quoting trees to a minimum of quoting another three times! If it gets too long, I will warn the posters about it!
-Have fun in this thread! POST ART, WRITING, PAINTINGS, POEMS, ETC THAT BELONG TO YOU! DO NOT PLAGIARIZE AND SAY THAT IT BELONGS TO YOU WHEN SOMEONE ELSE DID IT! YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THIS THREAD! I WANT YOUR SIGNATURE ON EVERY PIECE OF WORK INCLUDING POEMS AND SHORT STORIES!! THANK YOU!

Guidelines/Instructions Ok people, These are the guidelines and instructions on how to compete in this comptetition! Acceptable art styles: -Drawings (Black and white or color is fine)
-Comic Strips/ 4komas (A 4koma is a 4 panel comic strip that gets straight to the joke or point)
-Short stories (Please keep your story a minimum of 5 pages. If you plan to post it in the forum, separate your paragraphs and put the story in size 9 font or less in your post! If you wish to make it longer, send me the document file through e-mail! PM me for my e-mail!)
-Poems (Keep your poems a minimum of 15 to 20 lines)
-Photography
-If you want to write lyrics, that's under poetry.
-Acceptable graffiti art. (I want to see good graffiti, not half-assed ones!)
-If you have another art style that I forgot to mention or you know, please PM me and we will discuss it! <3 This is for people who write stories: I will question you on your plot to the story, how you came up with it, and what inspired you to write the story. This is just to see if you actually wrote it and didn't steal it.
To the people who write poems: I will ask you what emotion you felt while writing this, what inspired you to write it, and what did you base it on. Once again, this is just to see if you actually wrote it and did not steal it. Do not post pictures of stick figures! You post stick figures as a joke, I will warn you and delete your post! Although I will accept nice stick figures. I know there's an "art" to them, but if I render it crappy and not done with any thought or care, IT'S GONE! <3

RUBRIC Effort = 50pts
Signature = 50pts
Grammar and sentence structure = 50pts (Short stories and poetry only)
Proper usage of punctuation = 10pts (Short stories and Poetry only)
Lighting and contrast on photo = 10pts (photography only)
Quality of Photo = 30pts (Photography only)
Quality of coloring and effort in coloring = 20pts (Drawing only)
Comedic material/ Storyline material = 20pts + 5k to the one who has a really catching story line or comedic joke in their comic or picture. (Drawing, Comic/ 4komas, and Short stories only) Total Possible points for Drawing: 140pts
Total Possible points for Short stories and Poetry: 180pts +5k
Total Possible points for Comic strips/ 4komas: 120pts + 5k
Total Possible points for Photography: 140pts
Oh and I forgot to add in one thing, you can go over and combine your possible points by participating in other categories! It heightens your chance to be in first place or stay in first place! But the Signature and effort will not be added to your score again since it makes up 50% of your original score!
So officially you need to make it up to 580pts! You make this by entering all 4 types of categories or writing new stories, poems! Or Drawing new photos, comics, etc. But don't submit so much! Give other people here a chance to make points too! <3
Who ever get's either full awarded points or are at least 10 points off by the time the contest ends, get's 1st place!
I will PM you with the score for your entree!
P.S. I'm a tough grader! Don't expect this to be easy! So every little thing counts everyone! <3

3rd place: 20k BONUS~! <3 Who ever makes me laugh the hardest with their picture, story, or comic/ 4koma wins an additional 15k! So if you won best storyline or joke, try again for an additional 15k! <3 So get crackin' on them jokes! (THIS IS A SIDE CONTEST! SO POST WHAT EVER YOU LIKE! THIS IS JUST TO HELP YOU GET MORE GOLD AND GIVE ME A GOOD LAUGH! I need one after all the bs in my life lately! <3)
Also I will reward people who post more than 5 entrees!(2 can be the same but the other 3 must be different categories! If you are a drawer or comic artist, you are allowed to post 5 different pictures and comics! Hey, I don't want to run out of gold that quickly!) So please participate! People who hold the top Spots These are the top 3 people that are in the lead for the prize~! (Places are subjected to change due to a higher scores!) 1st: Address not found
with a score of 200 out of 580pts with Photography and drawing.
2nd: Belle et la Bete with a score of 195 out of 580 Page 4 with photography and drawing

This looks like a pretty good contest! Although I'm not a good artist, I could try the short story.
But I have a few questions. Do you rate all of them in one group or do you use sections? What happens when you're the only one that's submitted in that section?
