These are dark times for Regency City, Lady Paintbrush has captured the extremely wealthy Idon family. We don't know where her location is, but we do know she's highly dangerous and isn't afraid to kill. She has a VERY high price on her head, but she has to be alive. Scientists are interested in her paintbrush, they predict that it holds the key to discovering secrets about the afterlife and the art of possessing even the most advanced computers on earth. But for now she is still at large and is usually armed with a shot gun.

In other news, we found Ryan Cyan dead on a pedestrian crossing two weeks ago. His heart was pierced by a throwing knife, and his left ear was cut off. Police are concerned of a new threat to the city, they are sure that a highly trained mercenary killed Ryan Cyan. They are continuing the search to further investigation
