I just wanted to see what other Green Day fans thought of this song since it's my favorite on the album. I think both the music and lyrics are fantastic, it's a kick-a** song to play live (the finished the 2009 Minneapolis concert with it) and it definitely has the potential to be a single. But that's just me, what about you?

yes and no. yes because its an AWESOME song, and no because then 2 many people will just focus on 21st century breakdown and not on any of the older songs.

i think it would be a great single because it sums up pretty much all the ideas of 21st century breakdown in short, but i've seen people judge it just because of the way its put together. apparantly "it changes too much and its weird" but who needs them. i also think it would have been a cooler way to end the album instead of see the light but maybe thats just me
