Here in this forum page there will be listings of Squads available to join. Each squad has its own specialties and mission designations so choose wisely. Each squad will consist of 7 members total.

The above listing are the types of positions there are for each squad. The 7 members will be assigned to one of these roles. When your squad is given a mission you are expected to be online on the deployment date. If you are not there to help your squad you will not be eligible to promotion the next time it is your turn to be promoted. Simple as that.
