I think there are at least six:
Rockabilly (Trad.)
Psychobilly
Trashabilly
Surfabilly
Punkabilly (Psychobilly without the horror)
and Metalbilly (Volbeat, The Carburetors, ect.)

I was gonna add more to the list, but the truth, the only limits to Rockabilly end as far as our imaginations allow us to warp Rockabilly just enough to make something cool . . . just a thought.

Psychobilly without the horror would be Rockabilly or Neo-Rockabilly. Punkabilly is usualy just punk with an upright bass and a little rockabilly in it sometimes.
There is too many sub-genres too psychobilly anyway and it's easiest to just call it psychobilly or it'll drive you insane.
And alot of the subgenres keep the "billy" part for reasons I don't know. You can't call it billy if there is no billy in it.
