Apparently she and Kaldera have gone rather off the deep end, and tie people up and inject them with saline and such while saying it's the will of the gods.
I've read Freya Aswynn's diatribe on it but that's all the information I have, so I don't know how accurate anything is. The concept of "god-slavery" within Heathenry I nonetheless find disturbing and distasteful, and as such I distance myself from them as individuals, but I prefer to read Krasskova's work separate from the allegations, and see what value it has on its own merits.
Yeah. Somewhere along the line their concept of ordeals and knowing the darker side of self got very tangled up with BDSM and edgeplay, I think. Somehow I feel as if they think those who want to have deeper relationships with the Gods, or who are exploring relatively unmapped territory on their paths should automatically want to do it through those mediums. Which, frankly, is utter BS. Not everyone is wired that way.
If a person -knows- this about Kaldera's methods, and still chooses them, fine. It's their right. But I wonder how many people actually know about what happened.
An ordeal shouldn't be easy, by any stretch of the imagination - but I don't see why any ordeal should include things that were not agreed upon prior to the rite, especially considering that a person going through such a thing is in no fit mind to give informed consent.
