I didn't know if I should post this here or as a journal entry type dealy... but it's just a thought I had this morning:
Don't consider yourself an exception to the rule when someone says "do unto others as you would have them do unto you." You have to make time for yourself, and treat yourself to kindness, patience, and respect just like you would anyone else.
I suppose it came to mind because I heard someone say you have to love yourself before you can love someone else, and in today's modern society it's easy for most people to forget to make time to relax, unwind, and get in touch with their emotions, spirituality, or religion.

Merkrow That was a great idea you had. Thanks for sharing but that is more in the category for writing. I feel the same way that the society is much different then that of yesterday and that is part of the reason there are so many things that make it much harder to be certain ways or hold true to those kinds of ideals.
