It's a small house located in the Third District of Traverse town, home to Zell Dincht and Rinoa Heartilly, both of them displaced from their home world, however the two have recently decided to help with the Traverse Town liberation efforts as they help patrol the Third District to fight Heartless.

Zell Dincht is a tall blond martial artist who sometimes teaches Hand to Hand combat at the Keyblade Order Academy, and Rinoa Heartilly is a slender woman with long black hair who helps teach the art of summon magics to those that Master Sagittarius deems worthy of the art.
