Eh... My tablet pen is broken so I can't do things quick and efficient or color >.<
But I can still do Line art for you. When I say that I mean clean, digital line art.
I have a shop here, you can see samples on my style and the way I draw (they are sketched traditional work though)

As my shop there says, everything is 1k. But unfortunately, this will be
digital line art so I have to use my computer mouse so it will take some pain
to do it... If you want something like a couple, its going to increase up to 10k
coloring is free and may vary... since its quite difficult for me to color with the computer mouse... >_< it will take some time
