I wanted to set up a thing on the fist post detailing how a bunch of different cultures view Christmas time... but I'm in the middle of a few important things with my move sweatdrop I was wondering if anyone knew things off hand? Please contribute! It would be neat to see different perspectives on a well known holiday
Like for example, did you know in Japan, Christmas more romantically oriented and you aim to spend it with your special someone eating a pretty red and white cake?
What else can you guys come up with blaugh

In Australia, Christmas is counted as a wonderful excuse to have a week off. rofl
Well, really, Christmas here is very family-orientated. You're encouraged to spend time with your family more than your friends. That's what New Years is for.

It was a little denser because I baked it in two cake pans instead of trying to cut evenly across it.

Quote: In Australia, it's summertime in December, and many Australians have outdoor barbecues or pack cold picnic lunches to eat outside. Still, many Australians serve up a traditional hot Christmas roast. ( source) Aussie district members, which do you do?
