And let me explain about the Job option. There are 4 job in MeowTown.
There know as:
Priest (a magician that protect MeowTown from the attack of outcoming monster), Ninja (work in the dark), Finder (help Priest and Ninja on their quest by leading the way to the battle field and must have a wide knowledge/weak attacking skill), Healer (know as a white magician that have the power to recover others' wounds but didn't work on ownself)

Information of the leader:
Leader of Ninja is named as a Shinobi: Mitaka
Leader of Priest is named as a Mage/Mahoutsukai: RanmaRaj
Leader of Healer is named as an WhiteMage/Assist: Kipper
Leader of Finder is named as an Owl of wisdom: (empty)
Note: All leader will being promote by me to vice captain and the person that help improving MeowTown will be promote to crew. (Improving=Keep in touch with MeowTown and join more fun or enjoy the fun. Improving faster by more posting. The details of amount of post in which level is at below. You can check it in MeowTown when finish constructing.)

Grouping (Crew up):
Level 1 monster is easy to defeat but think about the level 2 and 3. Try to crew up by just typing the information of the partner you want below.
Job: (The details of your dream partner/partners)
Gentle: (female or male?)
Age: (young,elder,old)
Amount: (How many partners will you like to group with?)
(Use the ''document" frame for not increasing four-eyes people of MeowTown XD)
And the MeowTower office will try their best to find you suitable partners for you. Or you can just group up with your friends
Note: The more the people in a crew mustn't more than 5 people. Please don't overdo ourselves.

Note: Use ''Document'' frame when register for crew-up, use ''Ornate'' frame when register for job and suggest or interest in becoming a job leader, ''Shout'' frame for asking question or idea.
