I'm actually going for more of everyone being in the Ushinawa region hometown-wise, but considering their backgrounds and Kaze's wandering streak, there's no problem. 3nodding

Description: Wears a black cloak with red clouds on it (If your going to include akatsuki then forget about that) underneith which he wears a shirt with a popped collar and the uchiha fan on his back (So basically the anime Sasuke), he always carrys a katana on him.

Name: Kotonii (called Ko-sama by all the rookie trainers and the general public. Also known as the legendary "Dragon Sage")

Age: unknown, probably 18-19

Description:

The Dragon Sage- There is rumored to be a legendary dragon-type trainer who started as a member of Team Rocket, became a double-agent for the police, tamed down some extraordinarily powerful Pokemon, worked with all the major Pokemon Professors, and became the youngest trainer to ever become a League Champion- then vanished and went underground, leaving behind only rumors and myths of a hero. The most popular myths include: The Dragon Sage is a manly man, like Lance! The Dragon Sage is secretly on a mission to disband all the major teams! The Dragon Sage was seen flying over Ecruteak on a Ho-oh! etc.. Most of the people in the Ushinawa region have not heard these myths, but may well begin to as they meet more otherlanders.

Ko-sama- A spacey young woman who tends to appear in strange places where wild pokemon gather, such as the roofs of Dept. Stores, burned out towers, caves, forests, and town outskirts. She's often found napping among the wild pokemon, or playing little kids' games with willing participants. Is very rarely seen indoors. Most of the rookie trainers know Ko-sama as an odd person with strange views about violence and life, who knows a lot about calming down unruly pokemon. As Ko-sama, Kotonii does not seem to even be anything more than a wandering bum with a love for odd napping places. The only people who recognize her as a legendary trainer are the more knowledgeable gym leaders, all the Pokemon Professors, and the Elite Four. Her reasons for going underground may or may not be revealed as the story progresses. Her very title is enough to get her into any and all high security places and command ultimate respect from all gym leaders and elite four members.
Wild pokemon are drawn to her, and there are usually many low-level Pokemon following her around or riding on her shoulders. Why she has an Ampharos is unknown, and most don't even know she has one.

While traveling around in the Ushinawa region, she has very little worry of discovery, as most of the people have not heard of the Dragon Sage of myth. Only the characters from the other lands and/or people familiar with the the other lands might be aware of the legends.

Pokemon In Party: (She started with Charmander as a kid. All her pokemon are male, except Ampharos)

Badges: the Dragon Sage is rumored to have all the badges, but this is unverified. Many of the gym leaders of the prior generation claim to remember being beaten by some punk 10 year old with a Charizard and determined eyes. Kotonii will not be collecting badges during this story.

Description: Looks exactly like his twin brother Neku. Rose Blonde Hair. Heterochromic eyes of Indigo and Dark Blue. Highly Effeminate. The older twin out of the Akatokiyami twins, Akio cares for his younger twin brother Neku a great deal, and gets really emotional and angry when someone harms Neku. Akio commonly seems to be deep in thought or having a lot on his mind, it's just he has been having a lot of trouble dealing with things since his mother died. Although his older sister Hikari takes care of him and Neku, he strives to be independant. He is a very cute person and in romantic relationships, he is often always the uke regardless of the gender of the other person. Secretly, he is a bit into bondage and he has a sort of almost romantic relationship with Katami Sen. Reference Image. THe more naive twin of the Akatokiyami twins, Neku looks up to his older identical twin brother Akio a lot. He has a great affection for mother nature, and gets really angry when someone destroys the beauties of mother nature. Reference Image.
