If a saiyan became a zombie, I would be running away for my life. I'll try and find some stuff to use and cuts their head off. Lets pray that Broly dousn't become one.

And to answer your question, there would be not point. It would just be a futile effort made by idiotic humans that thought it might work. Also they necessarily wouldn't need to fly since they could run way faster than the average human. Those facts along with the fact that Saiyans can use Ki attacks and have Super-Human Strength, Super-Human Appetites, Super-Human Speed (already mentioned), Super-Human Powers, etc would be the reasons for why I'd just sit there and accept my fate. If I could I'd blow my body to itty-bitty pieces so I wouldn't become a Zombie myself after dying."
