 This is the old city of Detra-darius, once a massive and beautiful city, it is now old and ruined
The people no longer live here, it is now occupied by Joker and his army of assassins. Along with them are most of Joker followers
The city is surrounded by massive lakes and swamps, making it hard to reach

 Joker sat in the throne room of the city, the moon shone through the old and broken windows "one by one...every piece is falling into place..."outside his followers and assassins were busy repairing parts of the city and finishing their long move here The old stone streets were full of people and supplies as they worked "the brotherhood does not see the power they can have...but now i will show it to them..."

 Lust walked into the throne room and kneeled "Lord Joker, the last group of citizens is arriving, the workers have finished repairing the observatories and barracks..."she looked up at him and waited for him to speak "very good, tell them to proceed with the work, and bring the new arrivals to the third district"Lust nodded and walked off

Joker smiled under his mask "the brotherhood..."several of Joker's guards appeared behind him and havick "this is now a city of power and order.....i will not have a mass of unorganized fools in my city"he looked irritated "some of you i would enjoy having on my side...but i will not allow those unruly dogs in here"he knew that he needed them and would accept havick and a few others, but required order and information....and disobedience would be punished....severely "the brotherhood may come...and set up a new capitol here...but anyone who dares defy me will die where they stand"Joker seemed to be a lot more serious, different from his old whimsical self

She walked in with two soldiers on both sides of her"so Your the joker the one who rules this land." she said bowing.

he waved his hand a little and the guards moved off to the sides again "speak quickly"behind him you could here the sounds of workers and people, many of the houses had been repaired and people began to settle down

I have a half of Japan against me and as fellow Assassin and ruler I would like for you to help me. and if you complete the task I would gladly give the land you take down. she said looking at joker eyes she thought to herself " this maybe dangerous but I need the land to be under control by man that is fear by all, I could die" she said thinking.

Joker looked at her, he began to laugh "i don't think you see what your asking..."he smiled under his mask "you are asking me to send my men into battle to save your a**....and i get land in return..."he stood up, the mechanical knives in his sleeves clicking a little "my assassins are more than capable....but i do not need land....i need loyalty."he walked slowly toward her

Joker stood in front of her "you will serve under me...and follow my orders...and i will rid your land of all resistance.."he looked into her eyes, his grey, almost white, eyes staring deep into her face "by serving under me your people will be protected, and if they wish may enter my city and live here under my rule....."he yelled something to the guards in a strange language, they all ran off outside there was yelling, there was a thick wave of men and women in black cloaks and hoods moving through the streets

she kept looking at him " so you do have soft spot she said to herself she blushed a little she looked down and bowed down a little" thank..you" she said one of her guards stood stepped up speaking in her ear. Her eyes widened a little she closed her eyes so she keep here composure." Go tell the others that people can live here make sure no one knows of this incident or it will be your head in the next meeting. she said looking at him. she turned to Joker as he was still looking at her. the guard vanish.

Joker looked at her, he intended to use her for many of his plans "you and your people will reside in the fifth district"he turned and pointed out the window, the fifth district was just outside the city, on a separate island just off shore, connected to the main city by several massive iron bridges
