 Kurai - The Edenian Wraith Wraith cocked his head slightly as his body tensed, seeing the near twenty Tarkatans stalking through the trees, some slashing off branches with their natural blades in a bored display of simple destruction for the hell of it. "You shouldn't destroy nature for its beauty because you have none of your own," he said in a low voice, not surprised when several noticed him when he spoke. He sensed the portal was still open, which was not a good thing. "Let's dance!!" he snarled, drawing both sais from the outsides of the greaves on his calves with a faint smirk under the mask, the battle rage already starting to make his eyes glow a faint violet-blue in the moonlight, since the moon was full. This brings back memories, he thought.OOC-- I know his last words are ripping off Mileena's opening lines from the Mortal Kombat 2011 game... but I couldn't resist; besides, his weapons are a subtle reference to whom he's related to.

James Heliotrop James crept into the edge of the meadow with 100 years of practiced skill and a wolf’s grace. His red and black garb blening in with the darkness of the three a.m moon that resided over The Nightside, James was surprised when he saw the shinobi engage the tarkatans openly through his Tapetum lucidum. An ironic role reversal would take place. James, who had slugged it out bullet for bullet over the past one hundred years would sneak through the shadows and bushes, and come behind one of the fanged warrior's growing a large sharp claw on his left hand to slit the unsuspecting outlander's throat. OCC- Dude please do not even tell me anyone slept with Mileena aside from a tarkatan. please tell me he fans were the reference and he is the Son of Katana and Scorpion or one of the other shinobi. smoke mabye.

Ray appeared n one of the trees and watch as the people fight. There was a faint smile on his face, he loved watching people fight.

Kurai - The Edenian Wraith Wraith smirked as he hurled one sai, burying it in a Tarkatan's throat before a green aura of energy engulfed his hand as he lifted it, lifting the Tarkatan before slamming it hard into the ground, the tip of the sai bursting through the back of its neck as it hit with a meaty crack, limp. He flicked the other at a Tarkatan's thigh, darting forward as he caught its downward slash and yanked with inhuman strength, tearing its arm from the socket with a crunch before he impaled it on its own arm and blade in the chest with a spin as he deflected a slash aimed at his back. He saw Xeara materialize and pin one Tarkatan to the ground with her knives before wrenching it hard upward and backward, tearing it in half at the ribs in a gout of gore and blood. He ducked, pulling out one of the fans and flicking it open an instant before he whipped it across a Tarkatan's throat, decapitating it with ease as he 'rifted', evading the four charging at his back. He chuckled. "I may not enjoy an unnecessary fight... but I do enjoy a good brawl like this," he said quietly.OOC-- Very close; his parents aren't Mileena and someone else, though the sais refer to her, while the fans do refer to his mother... some of his other techniques refer to his father, though, if you can figure it out..

James HeliotropJames quietly lowered the body of the dying warrior to the ground, and propped his rifle up in the tall grass under the tree. James clothing dissipated into a pocket dimension. leaving just for a moment a tattooed and scared mercenary in the moonlight. the image only held for a moment, as James figure knelt down a man, and rose a beast. James came up to his full height of 9'0 in wolf form. sniffed the air and located all of the fanged warriors, and dropped down to all fours. James weaved into the grass around the meadow. One tarkatan never even heard the wolf coming until his head was torn from his shoulders by the wolf's jaws .

Kurai - The Edenian Wraith Wraith took half a step back before dissolving into mist and shooting past the Tarkatan who thrashed momentarily before giving a strangled snarl an instant before exploding in gore as it fell apart in pieces. I owe you one, Smoke, for teaching me that one, though I added my own little twist to it, he thought. He half turned, slamming his forefinger and middle finger between the eyes of one that stepped up behind him, presumably to impale him from behind. Dark blue-black mist surged around his hand, sparks of greenish lightning escaping as it streamed and pulsed around his hand before it faded. He half turned, kicking another Tarkatan back before noticing Jame's wolf form. He nodded slightly as the Tarkatan screamed, blue-black smoke-mist pouring from its ears and nose before its head exploded in a spray of bone fragments and blood. "Nightwolf would be impressed..." he said blandly.OOC-- Fatality-Hidden

James HeliotropeJames dropped the body and leaped into the fray. crashing down on another Tarkatan and scaring many more. breaking his initial victims neck, James clawed down another fanged warrior and bit the leg off a third. A fourth tarkatan stabbed through the wolf's leg, only to lose the bladed arm as James whipped around. The wolf pulled the blade out and the wound sealed.

Kurai - The Edenian Wraith Wraith caught the Tarkatan as it recoiled in shock by the throat, lifting it off the ground. He snapped its neck with a twist of his wrist before turning and vanishing in a rapid burst of bluish black smoke. Two sais slammed through the backs and out of the chests of two of the Tarkatans suddenly as Wraith reappeared before he caught one that charged at him. He lifted the Tarkatan over his head and pulled hard, tearing it in half at the hips in a spray of blood. He snorted as he half turned, a blade firing from the underside of the bracer on his right forearm before it impaled a Tarkatan from behind. "Come here!!" he snarled, yanking back on the barbed chain sharply before flicking it around the Tarkatan's throat and pulling sharply, decapitating it. He saw only four left as he let the Kageyari retract into his bracer. Three looked like they wanted to retreat into the portal while the fourth looked almost amused as a momentary green aura of energy flared around him to reveal his true form.OOC--

James Heliotrope James wolf form dropped stealthily back into the grass of the meadow and circled around to his rifle. For a moment James would stand scared, tattooed and naked in the moonlight before his clothes appeared out of the pocket dimension and onto him. James growled in resigned frustration at the new man to appear. He had recognized the b*****d. " störrische alte Schwein Get out of the Nightside you old fool of a sorcerer. it is a separate realm and invading would be a poor choice for your Emperor. unless you came for a relaxing holiday."
