The Distopia Known as Utopia (O/A/S!)

Beyond a regular human's reach lies Utopia, a place where time is held still so that no real time has ever passed. Everyone is welcome here. In Utopia, you're free to do anything you want. You can go to school, and if you don't, nothing happens. Utopia is a place of peace, a place of learning. Only one rule exists: Once you enter, you can't leave. Let's rephrase that. Once you enter Utopia, you can't leave permanently. Visit the outside world, sure, fine. Utopia now is your home. Leave, and you will be hunted down and killed. Not much of an Utopia now, huh? A council of ten rules over Utopia, and they'll do anything to ensure they stay in power. You see, Utopia was created by the universal wish for a safe haven and secrecy from the outside world. Even safe places get corrupted, eventually. The council, wishing for Utopia to stay in existence so they can rule over the land, decided to make that rule. If the busy outside world were to find Utopia...well, then, there would be no more Utopia. But underneath Utopia, a horrible weapon lures, something the people of Utopia don't even know. If the power was to be unleashed, then the worlds would be at its mercy. The council members, every passing day, have been preparing the secret. Any time now, the weapon will be ready, and the council will have complete control over everything. Anyways, a group of people found out the truth about Utopia and the council. They've ran away, but it's not so easy. The council has hunters chasing after them. In order to stay hidden, the group must hide, and assume identities as normal people, while trying to alert the world of what is going on. But is that possible? How can a band of people stay together when they don't even trust each other?
