~Personality~he is sometimes quiet and cold, and usually looks pretty mad, but in reality he just doesn't get people sometimes. he loves who he loves, and takes care of who he hates (if you catch my drift). he HATES when people judge others without knowing their stories, and can often head into rants if people are childish or foolish. he is a bit of a hypocrit in that he acts pretty childish when something really excites him, like snow.
~Bio/History~He was born to a poor family who immediately gave him to an organization of experimenting scientists whose goal was to "advance society through genetic evolution". in reality they were looking for ways to build an army to take over. luckily the government found out and quickly shut the organization out after there first true success. that success was M-19. the years of torturous pain, poking and prodding, and odd experiments made him strong. both physically and mentally.
