Until we have a solid number of members in the guild, this thread will be where all RPing is conducted. REMEMBER!: get as many friends as you have that would be interested in canine RP, to join and contribute!As a chill breeze blew softly through a valley devoid of any life, it brought with its current leaves, colors, life. The air bore a mind of its own; its own purpose and will. Finally it reached a small glade, a clearing in which rested only a circle of trees surrounding a small, stone table. The table bore symbols for each of the nine elements of the universe. In the center of the fixture gleamed an orb that began to rapidly shift from one hue to the next. It began showing images of the outside world and those currently in it; it cycled through mind after mind, searching, hoping, and yearning.
The wind circled the table, forming a small cyclone of blossoms and twigs, then water and a soft purple haze; lightning struck the column setting it ablaze before a subzero gust froze its body. As twilight began to sink in the column became enveloped in a binding darkness and for a moment anyway, all was still. Then a crack in the shadows broke and a bright light burst through the shadows as an unearthly howl shouted out from beyond time. When the dust had settled and the light finally softened. A massive beast lay curled upon the table, lids closed, lifeless. The creature lay battered and torn as though it had seen centuries of bloodshed and battle and war. It carried behind it nine flowing tails each longer than its own body and though the wind turned them to embrace their bearer in its unconscious state, they seemed to have done so on their own as if commanding the air from beyond consciousness. The glade then began to sprout with new life at the arrival of this large creature.
The creature would seem, to most, a wolf, but one with nine tails. Its body was muscular and yet possessed a slender and noble grace to itself. The ground beneath the glade began to quake and the stone slab upon which the wolf lay cracked and collapsed inward on itself. Suddenly one of the wolf’s tails began to move from within the rubble and slowly each of the remaining eight joined as well. As the beast steadily rose, he stood over 7 feet in height. Though wavering slightly, eyes rolling behind the lids, it still showed a rare regality of presence to it.

The white, nine-tailed wolf arched its back and yawned widely, unfurling its long tongue. He looked around, sitting back on his hind legs for a moment and sniffed the air. It felt...differeent...similar and yet unfamiliar at the same time. How long have I slept..?, he wondered to himself as he closed his eyes and began to search for the presence of any familiar beings in the world.
Hmmmm...no good; my senses must still need to fully re-awaken. For now, I suppose a walk can't hurt. He rose, stretching his body out to shake off any after-effects of his long slumber, and padded gracefully forward. His long tails trailing behind him, he left the small glade. The wolf turned around and the tips of each of his 9 tails began to glow as they pointed towards the opening to the glade. Glowing runes began to form in a circular pattern in the entrance and sealed it off from outsiders, with thick vines that burrowed up from the ground. He strode onwards, sure he would come accross someone sooner or later.

*comes running all wounded* OH NO MY FAMILY I HOPE THEY STAY ALIVE *freaks out turns white ears turn orange pants really hard and stares at* srry if i bothered you *lick wounds* but may i ask you where am i? i ran so fast from my pack now im lost

The ancient beast looks quizically at the young she-wolf panting before him. He wasn't quite sure what to make of her, but she was the first living thing he had seen since awakening from his long slumber.
"Calm down, little one", he spoke with a soft, almost father-like tone to his voice. "You are in the Forests of Angrimir, or so they were once known, and shall be known as such once more...Where is your sire and mother, and how did you get to be wounded as you are?"

The creaure smiled and sat back on his hind legs, his 9 immensely long tails swishing and twisting all around. "I have been known by many names..., but you may refer to me as Kyuubi, as it is the most simple and accurate of my names."

Appears out of a shadow "Well who do we have here?" I speak with a growl in my voice. I look at the she-wolf and run up to her "Hey! What happened?"

The Kyuubi's ears pricked the air, and he turned to notice the second young wolf coming towards them. "And you are?"

Kirin of GaiaKirin, a she-wolf of the element called Gaia, snuffled and sniffed at every scent in the forest. The smells of leafmold and pine needles were the most prominent but even those scents could be smelled by humans. Kirin's nose smelled even more than the prominent smells.
She smelled something even better. Other wolves. Their scents were odd though. Not like her scent or her pack's scent. It smelled soft and felt like the moon. There was a scent of authority in one of them.
That came to be true when she stumbled upon the clearing they were in. Two of the wolves were female and small. The last one, the one with the authoritative scent, was huge. He stood over seven feet tall it seemed and had nine tails. She gasped and tried to hide in the bushes behind her. Kirin was sure she had been spotted.

The Kyuubi smiled, his blue eyes gleaming ever brighter. " "Guardian" would be half-correct, young one. However based on how many years have passed, that is probably the closest name you would understand at this time. I am something far more, however...There's no need to be frightened, little one..", he said with a warm, father-like tone in his voice, as the tips of his tails began to glow with an earthy green aura around them and vines began to sprout up from the ground and pull a large opening in the bushes behind them, "it's safe to come out."

Raven looks at him "frightened? what makes u think im sceared?" she draws in a quick breath and trots back into the woods pulling out her catch and set in the center of the camp "here its the least i can do" she gives the wolf a quick lick on his forehead then trots to the dead deer giveing a sniff of approvel "its still worm eat will its blood is fresh" she vanishes into the woods leaving her scent if anybody wanted to fallow

The Kyuubi laughed, his fangs showing a little, and shook his head. Clearly the young Lunar female had not noticed the other young wolf hiding in the brush not far from their little pseudo-group, nor realized that he was speaking to it either. "I see the young are as quick to attempt to prove themselves as ever", he said to himself and, turned in the direction of the young she-wolf who was currently avoiding being seen.
"It is as I said, little one, it is safe to come out. Come. Eat", the Kyuubi offered, making a subtle gesture to the dead deer left by Raven.

Arya was in the woods hunting, but was side tracked by the scent of deer. Focusing on the smell, she quickly headed towards it, not even sensing the other scents around it. She came into the clearing, and eyed the deer for a second before looking up and seeing the huge wolf. She gasped and turned to run away.

Raven appeared out of a shadow and growled at the new wolf, baring her teeth and tryng to seem like a threat "Well another wolf, you're safer in the clearing with the guardian. Go eat; I'm on my way to hunt." Raven laughed at the wolf's face and trotted off to hunt "And I smelled the wolf when I got the deer," Raven calls back at the guardian then stops and turns her head back to look at him "Now if you wish help bring down something we can all get a full belly on, join me."
