Bio: Rin was born in Japan. She was the eldest of four children, two boys and two girls. At the age of 8, she started learning Magecraft from her father, who was more than willing to teach her everything he knew about Magecraft.
Each of Rin's siblings had different affinities when it came to Magecraft, however her family was concentrated around battle magic or thaumaturgy. Rin was gifted to be able to use high-thaumaturgy spells or artifacts, or even legendary magical objects. Her siblings have inherited the same abilities with different deviations, except for her younger brother Qtronix. He inherited Gradation Air, or Projection, and these traits were not used by any of their parents, so it was a mystery how he got that trait.
Qtronix was not the social type, not even to his own family. And because of that, Rin took extended care for Qtronix, sometimes treating him as her own child even though they were only one year apart. Qtronix never returned her feelings due to the fear that if he gets too attached to Rin, he might get hurt if she leaves him.
An accident fell upon Rin's family that she and her brother Qtronix are the sole survivors of their family. Since there was a bit of separation between Rin and Qtronix, She went on to Ecchizuki Academy while Qtronix enlisted into the Military at the age of 17. Rin took this separation quite hard, because she immediately lost contact of her family in an instant.
However, Rin faces the world with a smile. Only one other person knows that her smile is fake, and that she would take longer than expected to recover from losing all but one member of her family.
