Rosa's Parents died in a drunk driving accident, at the age of 13. She was put up for adoption at a Foster home. But after living there for 3 years, Rosa decided to runaway. She was tired of all the older kids in the foster home, calling her names and pulling pranks on her and making her life miserable. So she came here.
