I am trying to create a manga based loosely on Sleeping Beauty. But, mine will span over time, so... I basically need any advice/info about fashion and lifestyle for all major eras from the Dark Ages to now.

It's a daunting task for me, so any help is greatly appreciated. Many thanks in advance!

    Wow, that is daunting!
    I suggest going to the library and looking up an illustrated guide
    or manual to fashion through the centuries.
    Your local university library should do it (nearest university, that is).

I agree with GreenInkling. Your local library should have a lot of resources.

Also, you might want to try looking at websites put together by history departments at universities.
