Captain Kirrassi enters his meeting room, checking the sign-in to see if anyone arrived in his absence. No one. It seemed like the shinigami would be ever strapped for numbers, since he didn't even get any regulars, let alone a lieutenant or a 3rd seat. He sighs, 'It's not looking good for 5th squad.' he thinks to himself.
