The Training Room is very simple and has a few rules that will be explained later. The room is medium size with wooden sword hanging everywhere we combat and sword training.

Rules:

1. No Sitting. Everyone stands at all times unless your knocked down.

2. No Shekai or Bankai Allowed. Only Sword and hand to hand training allowed.

3. No using anything but the wooden swords.

Faliure to comply with these rules will result in 2nd in command bringing you to the Captain's Quarters. Trust me. You dont wanna be there. These rules are on a wooden plank hung on the wall.
