Bio: Akako lived a rather normal life. She didn't know about the unnatural things going on in her home as she grew up because her parents protected her as well as they could. They didn't want a life like that for her. But one day, when Akako was 17, her parents didn't come home. She later learned that they had been killed, and she never knew by who. But she did find out about the true nature of the Nightside, though, and devoted her early life to learn as much as she could about it. Living on the streets and trying to get by at 17, Akako befriended a half-vampire named Lehsin. Akako and Lehsin soon fell in love and were married, but Lehsin was also killed, leaving Akako alone at 25 years old. She realised that in the Nightside, if you were left unprotected for too long, you would soon die, so she decided to try to be as hidden as possible and opened a small night diner. As much she tried to hide, though, trouble always seemed to come in for a cup of coffee at 3 AM and weasle it's way into her life. 'Maybe,' Akako began to think. 'I can't hide from the Nightside, after all. Maybe it'd be best if I got involved and tried to put an end to this insanity. I won't let anyone I love die again.'

Other Info: Akako is tall, and though she's almost 30 years old, she is still fairly pretty, but with a weathered, experienced look. She has thin, short brown hair that's usually in a pony tail as she works her diner and she wears a black spagetti strap shirt, grey slacks and a knee-length white apron.
