So I was wondering which Linux distros Are good for a Usb.
If you know;please List the distro and how much Memory it needs.

I personally use a Fedora live cd... I've also used Puppy and Arch. I use a 2GB stick for these.

I use linux mint for my usb key's. Also if you have access to a windows machine check out liliusb http://www.linuxliveusb.com/ it automates the install to usb procedure from downloading the iso, setting persistence and size. It's excellent. It's iso downloads covers just about every usb campatible linux out there and updated well. Here's the full list

On a very small drive I would say Puppy, use to like DSL but sadly development on it has stopped. Also flashing the Arch install image on a USB key will give you a curd (very basic) Linux system that will fit on w 512 MB + USB drive, although there is no way to save things on the drive.
